*PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING (It might answer your question)
- Once you finish downloading the mods, it’s best to back out to the main menu then hold the power button down on your console to do a hard reset. This allows everything to load in smoothly on a fresh reboot and should definitely help with stability and prevent any unwanted issues.
- This does not work on PS4 because Sony has strong limitations on modding.
- As for PC Players, some mods that are on Xbox have different names than those on the Nexus, so there are some mods in this order that you may have to search for.
- You can add mods of your own to this list, but do this at your own risk and be aware of incompatibilities. Don’t expect me to be able to help you if you don’t follow the list 100%.
I hope this helps! :)
Let's go!!! Loading up Skyrim right now
Would it be possible for Nexus Links to be commented as well?
I'm having trouble finding imperial stones: the forts of Skyrim rebuilt mod for Xbox. Has it been renamed?
@@magic_manl2572 No, I have it linked in this pinned comment for you though :)
Bro this dude be going through 150 mods so many times get this bro to 1 mil
Laughs in i made 33.8k accounts
bc u commenting on his video will get him to 1 mil 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
@@TDTheMachiavellian he meant he should have 1 million, which he should
@@homebest1777 please elaborate, because I disagree
@@homebest1777 I don’t think he sucks.
Hello RTDVids, I would like to thank you for being one of the best modlist youtubers for xbox, no-one else really pay much attention to the xbox and it is nice that you are there for people on console, I now have a pc where console mods are outcompeted by most mods on nexus mods but I still pop in to watch your videos every now and then, idk why just do lol so.
although, this modlist looks pretty cool so I might just boot up my old xbox and give it a try. : )
That means so much to me thank you! I’m glad you liked it :)
@@RTDVids No, Thank you! : )
@@RTDVids Hey RT, I just downloaded your load order and I added Sacrosanct and Growl (vampire overhaul and werewolf overhaul) to it, I received a message that these mods were being overwritten by conflicting mods; does this load order contain any mods that also affect vampires/werewolves?
@@joeshmoe6908 pretty sure Skyrim renewed for Skyrim alters the vampire+werewolf skill trees, I’m avoiding that one because I love running growl... could be that one so just try moving the load order with those 3 or if that doesn’t work delete the one you value the least:)
@@joeshmoe6908 with mortal enemies you need a patch for growl
Idea for another load order, a quest focused list, including mods like the dark brotherhood forever overhauls and civil war overhaul etc. Even mods like beyond Skyrim: Bruma (Although you may want to wait until the Skyrim main quest overhaul mod is released, it looks really good 👍)
I would love this
That mod looks amazing, and the creators said it will most likely be coming to Xbox One as well as PC which is great.
This is my LO. I have a very vanilla plus and lore friendly approach when it comes to graphics and gameplay, keeping things simple, and I save my space for big quests like AHO, Forgotten City, Carved Brink... I don't want to change Skyrim a lot I just want new adventures!
i need a load order like this.
VazyaGaming: Awesome idea buddy, I can't get enough in terms of new adventures and new places to go and explore
The Best Console Modder at it again😉
Keep It Up Ryan👍😂
Thank you so much! :D
Omg, It's the legend himself, Inigo
@@solaireofastora5105 I am flattered!
We need a 2022 Version of this please 🙏
Especially because of his most recent load order video has bundled mods. Yes please! I'm waiting on this!
How do we request one lol
We definitely do, I tried to use his recent one and, but add and switch out certain mods, but it doesn't work that well for me
Hell ya I forgot today was Monday, this made my day a bit more bearable
I'm glad you included rdo, most youtubers completely forget about that mod. But I would heavenly recommend every to use amazing follower tweaks instead of the underwhelming multiple followers mod. Aft does what umf does, meaning it increases the amount of followers you can have. But aft also ads so much more to followers and makes it toward you can fine tune there behaviors following, distance, aggression etc.
Would absolutely love an updated version of this list!
When I started using the 60 fps menus mod I was like "yeah ok this is cool" and then one time I removed it and I was like "OH SHIT PUT IT BACK!" the menus are so slow without it lol
Yeah that's why I don't run sky ui in my opinion i run 60 fps menus all in one
My guy back at it again! Always appreciate these videos, as I don’t have a lot of time to test, and browse many mods. This is due to working most the weekday, so thanks for saving me lots of time, brother.
Time to refresh my Skyrim playthrough again. :)
I have time but I just suck at picking compatible mods and stuff
Just wanted to say that I found this video series a few days ago, and it really helped me get my load order sorted out. I'm running most of these mods with very little issue, swapping out the weather mods for Cathedrals Weather, and removed the difficulty and camera adjustments. I've really been enjoying the aesthetic and feel of my playthrough so far. Only issue is I tried to add Magical College of Winterhold and mods associated with that and have had some performance issues when entering the college, so I'll probably drop that. Awesome job with this video and the others in this series, and you've earned a fan in me!
Just finished the Mod order video, I'm super excited to try this out! Thanks for all the epic work that you continue to bring us starting over 3 years ago, JUST WOW! Such an epic journey you've taken! Keep up the amazing work♥️
Thank you so much! It's been quite the journey! :D
Its not very fin getting one shotted by literally anything in the game.
Arrow to the leg = one shot? That sucks and is incredibly stupid.
Haven’t played Skyrim in a bit, this made me want to pick it up again. Keep doin your thing brotha!
Anytime I see a notification about new mods ik it's gonna be good cuz I always download them and they end up making my game somewhat of a PC Skyrim ,and I just love it 🖤😍
I love your load orders so much! I hope you'll consider doing a necromancer/vampire type load order soon! Thank you for what you do 🖤
another great load order! honestly this changes the game entirely, never knew sustained magic was a thing, can see how this would be good for the dark dungeons mod
I watched the video to see what a good modlist on xbone looks like (I play on pc normally) and was pleasantly suuprised to see a mod I created on your list : Carriage Stops of Skyrim. I'm glad you liked it enough to recommend it. I am currently doing a Acheesement play through on xbox so no mods allowed but when I finish, l will try your list out. It look like a game style I enjoy.
Man I Love Your Videos Because Your One Of The Rare Xbox One Mod Channels And It's Pretty Helpful I Can't Wait To Try This Load Order Out
It Took 3 Or More Hours To Get The Entire Load Order
Just finished hooking all these mods up! Thank you for this! Your fallout 4 role playing mod list gave me the best experience so I have faith in this one 😁 wish me luck and cheers
Decided to play this load order on legendary and it is kicking my a$$. Seriously, at lv5 with max in health using light armor bandits one shot you and they put 3 restless drauger in bleak falls barrow right at the beginning. Still having loads of fun though and this is making me play really careful and smart.
Did you have problems with the random NPCS on the road Having weird glitched colorful faces?
@@kyan7708 yes i got that constantly on all of the generic "nord, breton, argonian, high elf etc" npcs that roam around everywhere
Thanks for this. I've been looking for survival mod list for a while now but they were always for pc and the mods weren't on xbox. But now thanks to you my skyrim can be difficult and fun again
just get a pc dude, it's been 9 years since the game launched....
@@benjiespike oh yeah, it’s that easyyy
Perfect timing! I was considering going for another play through but using mods for the first time. This vid was just what I needed, thank you! ^_^
Took me about 3 hours to search and install these mods, gonna test it out and see what happens😆
Did you find the "imperial stone: forts of Skyrim rebuilt" mod? I can't seem to find it I've tried searching for it multiple ways but I've never found it.
@@TaterNuts99 i did not so I skipped that one.
@@juanalmaraz9944 how did it go?
@@Dragonchaps it crashed on me but that was probably because I added some extra mods and skipped a few.
I got series x crashed shouldnt be there no more
Thank you! I've been looking for a survival load list and this fits the bill!
Holy fuck this load order is hard as hell and i fucking love, good job my boy
YEAS FINALLY IVE BEEN WANTING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG!
I was waiting for this so much, thank you!!!!!
I've been looking forward to this!!!
I’ll be using everything except I’ll Change the graphical mods as I want a dark fantasy feel to Mach the survival gameplay. Nice video! Keep it up!
what graphics mod gives you that?
@@kingfurbs6277 a dark Fantasy feel?
All noble Skyrim mods and rustic weathers instead of skyland and surreal lighting and mythical ages which give a more vibrant feel
Using this load order and a few other mods I’ve started a HUDless play through of Skyrim and it is immersive AF thanks man 💯🔥
I love skyrim mods. It lets me essentially get a fresh experience each time i play a new playthrough, and i dont have to spend any bread
My only complaint eith this list is that it doesn’t have Hunterborn, Inigo, or any Werewolf/Vampire mods. Other then that, I love it!
if you do want to use any werewolf mods or vampire mods put them before summermyst enchantments of skyrim
for example
Growl
Sacrosanct
Summermyst
Yes we always need inigo and hunterborn both those mods are amazing
If you were to include Hunterborn in this list what would you consider worth removing in trade? I’m trying to get as close to this list as possible while keeping hunterborn.
God dammit man! I stayed up till 2 am doing your first 150 mod load order and woke up at 7 am to finish it, just to see the mage one, and now this! Bahahaha keep up the good work
There are many unneeded mods on the list but it's nice to see more options. It's always better to keep it simple and only focus on the essentials more. I personally stay between 50-110 mods, most being followers, armors and new quests.
I made my own load order taking from the rpg video, this video, and the mage video. I’m excited to play, I didn’t go with alternative start because I like the opening scene and now I see why alternate start may be a necessity. I don’t want to remove things that effect spawns like genesis but that may be the culprit
YES I’ve been waiting so long
Ohh man, I just got finished installing all the mods🥱 I'm about to test run this puppy and I'll let ya know how it goes. WOW just got the main menu up and immediately I'm taken by surprise 😁
How is it?
@@AverseKO it's pretty intense! Spiders, falmar, and mage's are far more difficult, the health system is epically amazing I had a leg injury a spine injury and a chest injury and I was bleeding out I had to use one of them curatives. The lighting system is greatly improved with far less bugs, The only lighting glitch I found so far is when you first enter a cave and the torch on the wall well light up as you progress in to the cave (towards them) there's only one small technical glitch but it's so small most people probably won't even find it, I'm talking about the sneak glitch where if you barely move and I mean just barely where you start to move it's a small window but your character will phase In and out. But when you get past it it stops but other than that I haven't had any crashes any lag areas yet which is pretty damn amazing! Ryen does a bad ass job testing these mods before releasing them to us. The only thing I can say is if that you want something easy to play through you're probably not going to want to download these mods, but if you have patience and like the survival aspect of video games and you wanted that to be like Skyrim then this is for you!!
Dude. You have rekindled my love for this game. Bless you.
Same load order but updated and for people who have the creation club survival already, great job btw love this man you should have more attention to your channel you do great work with your videos
YES ITS FINNALY HERE! Today has been great for me because I just finished avatar and now a new skyrim load order YES!!
A dragonborn load order would be cool, like mods that change shouts ,stuff to do with you being the dragonborn and that change dragons
About to try this load order, but I have a couple questions.
1. Why use Fatality and wildcat? They’re both combat overhauls and I would assume they both overlap, and I see you’re also using refined movement, Fatality also touched on movement do you prefer the changes in RM over FTLY?
2. On the mod page for Fatality, it states that genesis is compatible but it is to be loaded above Fatality, and in this LO you have it under, why is that?
3. You’re not running the ELFX SMIM patch and in a couple other load order videos you made, it was in use. Is the patch no longer needed?
Hopefully my questions are able to be answered, and thank you for all the hard work you put into for these videos! :)
1. The combination of the two mods do overwrite other aspects but in a good way, while also keeping the mechanics that Wildcat adds.
2. I use categories to setup my modlists and have never really had an issue with the placement, if you feel safer putting it below I assume it will work the same.
3. The SMIM Patch was a mistake in the earlier load orders, this is because that patch covers the original SMIM and we have Divine SMIM, which is completely different and renders that patch useless.
I hope this helps! :)
@@RTDVids thank you! Turns out I’ve been wasting a mod slot and 22mb for a patch I didn’t even need, also just finished downloading the load order and I’ve added a couple of my own mods that I like running. Running smoothly so far
@@RTDVids dude you're pretty dang cool for responding and helping this dude out! That's top notch and so dang awesome I could do so.
@@RTDVids also I'm trying to find imperial Stone forts the Skyrim rebuilt, it's the only mod I can't find and I really want to give it a go is there a way to get that mod or what do I have to search for? I know searching for mods is a very peculiar task meaning you have to search exactly letter for letter punctuation for punctuation in what you're wanting to find thanks man
@@TaterNuts99 I have all the links to the mods in the pinned comment, you can find the link to Imperial Stone there :)
I noticed something about your load order guide back in May and this load order now. There are a lot of mods here now that weren't there in the past, and a few of the older ones moved around in the load order. I feel like that could cause some confusion for those that are checking your videos for reference to build their own load order with your general layout.
I imagine you found more effective/safer spots for the main mods that are in all of your load orders, and that the setup in the past is still really good but the newer ones are even better. (An example I found was the Sustained Magic mod was moved from the Magic and Spells category to near the Crafting category, just about retextures)
So I was thinking if you put categories in your next load order video (If you make a new one) like the load order guide in the past it could help clear up confusion and/or save some time. I'll leave the choice to you, I just wanted to say this as an idea.
On another note I love your videos, and fully recreated 2 of your load orders for a short time, and just started working on my own. I've been using your videos for some ideas and as a general guide with hopes to get some smoother gameplay. Keep up the ebik work.
Would love to see a 2022 version of this
I found a pretty good mod that can replace the belt fastened quivers mod. Its called: Weapons on Back AIO it makes your sword go on your back (one handed sword), your daggers on the back and the quiver to be on your waist
I know I'm late but that mod required XP32 which I'd a skeleton overhaul mod. It could interfere with some of the animations as it completely changes your characters physics and skeleton
I needed this thank you 🙏🏿 Getting ready for Next Gen 😌
Just wanted to say, this is a great list, completely transforms Skyrim and I love it
Animated Cutter SE makes egg sacs mildly terrifying
You're a bloody legend! Thanks for this load order
Can you do a fun mod load order? Not essentially improving Skyrim but making it way funnier to play through. Like having dragons be military jets and that kind of stuff.
Great idea!
Would definitely love to see

I hate to be that guy but It’s Thomas the tank engine
This load order finally got me to scrap the old one I was using from August 2019. I didn't want to change because it actually takes a good amount of time to download everything and I will not be able to play any of my current characters anymore, but I love the idea behind this load order so much that I had to do it. I finally finished downloading all the mods and have been exploring everything there is to do for the last few hours, which is a lot. I just have a test character so I didn't have to worry about deciding the type of character to play. I visited all the major towns and discovering changes there and planning on heading to the towns next to see how they changed. With so many changes, I suspect I'll stick with this load order for the next year or two. Thank you!
Didn't you have trouble finding the imperial stones mod?
@@magic_manl2572 Yes, I could not download that one.
@@richarddkearney I wouldn't be so worried about it if it wasn't one of those mods where you need a new save for it to work properly
@@magic_manl2572 Oh I was assuming I would just add it when it was put back up, but now I'm thinking I'll just add some other mod I like in its place. I'm not going to want to start a new save.

Daam i thought after 2,5 Hours watching youtube on handy and at the same i searched the Mods "Yes Finally i finished to copy the load order". Then i realized the favorite list are saves only a couple of Mods🙆🏼♂️🤦♂️. So another 2 hours to get over your video 🤣. I almost cried haha. But thank u so much for the Work man 🙏🔥😎👍
Let's go!!! Been waiting fam
The mod order is really good I couldn't find " Imperial Stone: forts of skyrim rebuilt " so I just got Lydia reborn v2 instead
@@undergroundscientist5506 hey I'm glad I'm not the only one that couldn't find that mod😂🤣
@@TaterNuts99 fr bro lol
@@undergroundscientist5506 hey did you go to the pinned comment and find it there? If not you can find the link to the mod and go-to the page and add the mod to your mod list then download it on Xbox from your library. I think the last 2 numbers are 94 for the mod. I've yet to do this for the reason that I don't remember my password 🤣. But it should work, I've used that method before.
@@undergroundscientist5506 also if you have the series X download "uncap fps" my fps is 60 now and I'm flipping loving it now!!! 😂 Fus to duh 🤣😭
I downloaded these, and for some reason i actually felt like it was real life
I just got a goddamn afk arena ad and only watched it because it had Elijah Wood in it.
Great job on this, thx for the work you put in on it.. been waiting for this load order
Thank you so much! :D
Perfect @RTDVids insane man!!! I'm just gonna make small changes to add Wearable lanterns, Morrowloot ultimate, and Kye and also balanced the combat for something more durable cause seeing your video it's a lot of 1 hit kill and I don't like it. Cheers man and many many thanks!!! I'm gonna play on XSS I can't wait!!! ;)
Damn bro. Just started playing SE on one x.. getting achievements then I'll check this out. Prob skip a lot of the cosmetic stuff just like the idea of survival.
Thank you soooo much for giving Xbox players some love! I can’t afford a PC yet, but this will definitely keep me happy till then! Your ancestors ARE smiling down at you imperial!!!

Excited to try this out! Might change some mods up a bit (mostly weather perk mods) but overall it looks like a really good list!
Been a follower of you for a long time here on your Skyrim videos. An other great modlist Ryan! The game looks amazing on my Xbox one X 👍 Would be awesome if you did a Warrior Modlist! Keep up the good work bud!😊👍
You have earned a sub, I love the way your game looks and have been looking for the best LO for a survival playthrough. Thank you for posting it
I'm glad you liked it! Thanks! :)
So first off your load order videos have really help my understanding of mods. However, I'm having issue with this one. I used the load order almost to the letter. Now I know it's a year old so there are some changes. Such as survival mode is now creation club and so is camping. So I didn't use frostfall, ineed, campfire, and mods that where covered in the cc. So I guess help? Lol I really like the mods used here and really want to get it working. I have a few other creation club mods but no idea how to see there load order 🤷♂️
Love your videos! They have helped me find so great mods for my playthrough
Thank you! :D
Great Video! Although in my opinion a survival playthrough is something that sounds fun until your starving with hypothermia in the middle of nowhere, lol
Could we get an updated version of this please ? :)
Yes please. A couple things are gone. I cannot find skytoxin. I found a substitute but it's a poor one.
Love you man keep up the good work
Thank you! :D
Dude thank you so much!
This changed the game so much it feels so new
Another great load order as always Ryen. Though, every time I use RS Children Overhaul, all the kids have glitchy textures/hair even when following your load order exactly. Just wondering if you or anybody else ever had this issue.
You have to make sure you restarted your console and started a new save for everything to work
@@flamebeard7994 Yeah, I know. I hard reset every time I load new mods. It hasn't worked for me on 3 separate playthroughs with Ryen's various load orders.
Wow that's a lot... I don't really want to delete my mods but I do want to try this out... Either way this looks awesome, thanks for the great video 😁
I'm glad you liked it! Thanks :)
Two great mods to add to this list would be
Portable Craftable Safe Storage
Craft your own boxes bags and more. You can place them anywhere on the ground and pick them up without being over encumbered no matter how much you put in them. For they all don't have a weight capacity and don't add weight to you. 645.4 KiB bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/3632434
Primitive Shelter By Cynndal (A Campfire Add-On)
In short craft your own primitive shelters and place it anywhere and pick it up any time you want. 31.9 MiB bethesda.net/en/mods/skyrim/mod-detail/4096475
better late than never: Thank YOU for this survival load order! Quick question: Where would you put Immersive Citizens and Immersive Movement in this LO?
Another LO! Thanks Ryen!
Of course! :D
Just an FYI, ElSopa's - New Enchantment Textures doesn't work well with Scoped Bows. The enchantment texture covers the scope and often times you can't see through the scope because the "shimmer" effect from the enchantment blocks your vision. For me, it's really one or the other and I know which I'm sticking with as being more practical.
I like this load order. The only thing I would change would be to add Convenient Horses (makes horses worth using and not a waste of money that will attack dragons just because) and Truly Absorb Dragon Souls (makes it where your health, magic, and stamina increases when you absorb a dragon soul plus a few other things). I really like these 2 mods since I think the vanilla horse system sucks. I also like that it makes sense from a lore perspective that when a dragonborn absorbs dragon souls that they get stronger for doing so. They gain some of the dragon's power through the absorption. I like the Heavy version since you gain more stuff but there is a medium and light version if you don't want such a big boost to your character. However, I think the heavy version would work out nicely with this load order since now there is more incentive to hunt them down but it is still a difficult challenge. This increased challenge will make it where lower leveled characters can't just take on dragons willy nilly and gain that soul and increased stat boost without a lot of effort. Increased difficulty for bigger gains in other words.
Great vid! Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's a feature in the iNeed mod that allows you to manually adjust the timescale of the game, so I think you could make room for one more mod in there after removing Longer Days
I love you with my whole soul thank you
Chapter 2 by Jeremy Soule makes me feel I want to go home, but I have no home to go back to
SUBBED thank you I'm looking forward to a great first replay after many years
Now with awesome mods
Thanks again dude!

@@ianbrinkley5968 how did it go?
@@yeettheheat2684 been five months but it works well. I’ve used multiple of his load orders an they always work perfect
Should also note that they should delete any previous saves when they clear the Lo as it does the same thing other then that great series my friend, ive managed to create a hybrid Lo that i call my skyrim expanded . More or less parts of every Lo youve put out that ive seen.
FYI TO REGULAR XBONE PLAYERS:
IA92's Warzone is extremely unstable and prone to crashes, for me having the mod enabled causes the game to crash atleast once every hour out in the mainland, and nearly everytime I enter a city it crashes
Thank you for the great load order! You're honesty my favorite youtuber, who makes these kinds of videos. Quick question though, I followed your load order to a tee, but my armor doesn't show a warmth rating. Do you know why that is?
Update: The guard armor also doesn't seem to overhaul
You gotta start on a new save
@@flamebeard7994 That's what I did, well that and clearing my safe space. I could fix the guard armor overhaul by loading it after Skyrim renewed, no idea why that mod fucked with the guard armor overhaul in the first place

True, but the Draugr actually take care of tombs, and make sure the torches are lit, don’t you know?
I always thought that's a really cool bit of uncommonly known lore. It just kinda bugged me that you only ever find the Draugr themselves either resting or already disturbed by a secondary occupant. You don't ever catch them taking care of the tombs yourself.
@@DiZphunx we need a mod for that
thx for the mod list hope i like this stuff :)
Im late to this but I was trying the fatality with all those mods before but I found storm of steel and this one is great just by itself. A fight with three wolves felt like an actual death fight while they attacked from all angles
Hey RTD, great list! thanks for introducing me to great mods. I want to play a true survival, but Frostfall is not recognizing Cloaks of Skyrim, because they have 0 warmth. Anything to do maybe with the load order or maybe Wet and Cold going on?
An awesome load order. I did skip on the giants, scopes bows, and the camera changes as I play almost exclusively in 1st person. That gave me room for Imperious, hunterborn and scrimshaw light.
So far it has crashed three times, and two of those were in solitude in the rain during some sort of marauder attack, so maybe it’s just too much to load on occasion, or maybe one of the above mods causes issues.
The real wildlife mod with vanilla start 99% of the time makes the cart start doing barrel rolls when some little animal wanders onto the road
