I can definitely identify with the leg twitch. Often happens when I'm into a piece of music, or anxious, or just getting impatient and want to hear the rest of the track at once even if I haven't written it yet.

Here you mention key change a lot. Changing keys is used to indicate that you change the keynote of a scale (start point).
I think what you mean is: bass note change. The chord progression is in the same key. The chords change and the bass notes what fits them change with them as well.

i do have that leg rhythm , although I had it even before producing. My father had it too, but I think its related to nervous system than the music itself.
I‘m doing not but sometimes I get up and dance to it, that's the best way for me to see if the song is really grooving😂

Yeah that leg thing is something I struggle with. Even when djing it has a life of its own. To the point where it was a struggle to move to the other player and switch songs.

Restless Leg 100%, doesn`t matter what i do, producing, jamming, playing a djset. Also the tempo doesn*t matter, good chillout has the same effect to like forest.

Not always my leg when producing. Im more a finger beat tipper. Like when the music starts I automatically knock my right ring/middle finger on the table to the beat.

on Sylenth1- all the presets with GAT is allready cutting up downwith no need to go to effect like TRANCE GATE/LFO TOOL
you can use the LFO tool xfer if you dont have the trance gate KS

I copied them to my "user preset" folder but they don't load at all when i click on them.

Ha, yeah do the same with the leg. I've read somewhere that people who do these "micro" movements are also skinny as it is kind of a subconscious exercise that is constantly happening. Not just with the leg though, frequent movement of a toe or whatever could also be another one. I would like to add that I think this is only a theory, but it would be interesting to hear how many people who do this are skinny as well. Then you would a have a bunch of leg hopping, skinny music producers. :d

Health advice: restless leg can be caused by many health reasons, including iron deficiency, kidney failure, lack of sleep, low salt intake and smoking (one of those is a lot: don't blindly believe what you read on the internet 😘)

What I've observed with me is that it's when I feel like I've been working for too long, but I don't want to stop because I'm in flow. It's like, my concentration is depleted, so I need to pump myself up in order to continue

I'm not convinced at all by sitting in between two chairs: either you go with chord progressions or you don't, but the super long breaks and so on, that doesn't work for me.
