2-Minute Chilli Masala Bread Bites
Ingredients:
5 bread slices (cut into mini pieces)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 medium onion (chopped)
½ tbsp paneer (crumbled)
½ tbsp carrot (chopped)
½ tbsp spinach (chopped)
½ tbsp lettuce (chopped)
½ tbsp chili flakes
½ tbsp cumin powder
½ tbsp oregano
½ tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt to taste
½ tbsp peri peri masala
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn
½ cup lettuce (chopped)
Cheese (as desired)
Instructions:
1. Roasting the Bread:
Heat a pan on low flame, add butter, and let it melt.
Add the mini bread pieces and roast them for 2 minutes until crisp. Turn off the flame and set them aside.
2. Preparing the Flavorful Mix:
In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.
Add chopped garlic and sauté for 10 seconds.
Add chopped onion and fry for 1 minute until soft.
Mix in paneer, carrot, spinach, and lettuce. Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Seasoning:
Add chili flakes, cumin powder, oregano, black pepper, peri peri masala, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste.
Stir well and cook for 30 seconds on medium flame.
4. Bringing It All Together:
Add corn and the roasted bread pieces.
Mix in ½ cup lettuce and toss everything together.
Sprinkle cheese as desired, cover, and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
