Love you, Tami and Kevin. Quick question. Have any of you ever did a blind taste test video to a name brand cereal vs a generic? Like Kellogg's Froot Loops vs Malt-O-Meal's Tootie Fruities? Cause there is a bunch of generic brands out there now to try and compete with the name brands.
The only one I can find is Reese’s Puffs vs Great Value. I love this idea though! I will definitely get the Tootie Fruities & Froot Loops. We will look for others too!
I recently just got these from Giant Eagle. I feel like Kevin, they're ok for me. I think I am so used to the regular poptarts. and plus I like my poptarts soft and not toasty or crunchy. I think it was the texture for me that I wasn't crazy about. I also think that I like the poptarts bites better
After watching this review I'm very interested now and trying the strawberry flavor. I saw those last week but I wasn't sure if I would be interested. No I'm totally interested in experiencing that texture you're talking about. I look forward to trying the strawberry flavor. Thank you guys for another fun informative review😊😊😊
The shape of these remind me of Go Tarts... I miss those SO much!!! 😭 As the name obviously implied, they were perfect for on the go... AND they had a brown sugar cinnamon!
The best Pop tart is chocolate fudge and I did like the strawberry but then they changed it. They used smuckers jam and now they use off brand jelly not as good.
As a big poptart fan I didn't like these. The flavor kind of reminded me of wafer cookies. Texture was ok but flavor is nowhere near as good as poptart bites
It is a pleasant surprise to have 11 in a pouch! They are small but I was waiting for you to dump the pouch out and see 5! hehe They are weird tasting, but I have always leaned toward the chocolatey and vanilla-y type Pop Tarts (smores, graham, fudge, cookies and creme, chocolate chip). They are not world building by any means, but I guess I never was a fruity person when it came to "artificial" fruit flavors. Real fruit, fine. It really depends with "fake" fruity stuff - I know I am definitely in the minority...
I like the Pop-Tart but it's okay really do like them I have some of the Pop-Tart bites before I try like the crunchy Pop-Tart they really taste good I tried the chocolate and strawberry Pop-Tart bites it was good I really like the Pop Tart crunch Pop Tart bites it just look like pretzels to me
All the other reviews I have seen for these say they are terrible, especially the chocolate ones. I have never been a fan of PopTarts, so I would not try them. I don't think they will be around long anyways, from what people have said about them.
The only Pop-Tarts I will ever buy are the Apple, which are impossible to find around here, and the Brown Sugar Cinnamon. I won't buy anything else Pop-Tart. As it is, I eat Toaster Strudel more than Pop-Tarts. On the go, there are plenty of other snacks. I think these will disappear by Christmas.
To me a Strawberry frosted Pop Tart is a classic. I grew up eating that flavor. The Strawberry sounds really good. I do like how you describe the texture. I’m on the fence with these. I do like the convenience. Great review.
Why not just return them and get your money back? I find it so odd when people throw away something they bought when you can literally take it back to the store and get your money back. These are expensive so throwing them away seems like throwing away money. You must be rich or something because poor people don't throw away food even if they hate it, we take it back for a refund. Money doesn't grow on trees ya know.
@@milesfann33 I didn’t think they would let me return something that was opened and all of my family members tried before we determined we didn’t like them
The shape and design of these new Pop Tarts Crunchy Poppers reminds me of the pretzel snack Combos if you have ever had them.
Beat me to it. Definitely thought of Combos.
Yes!
Good review! Will be interesting to see if they come out with other flavors like blueberry brown sugar cinnamon etc
Me too!

I think those would be great for the grand babies to snack on. 👏❤️😋 Thank you for sharing this
You are so welcome!

The strawberry ones are awesome. Nice alternative to the Special K pastry crisps for just 10 more calories.
I’m glad you like them 😃
how are these different from the pop tarts bites? just crunchier or completely different?
They are crunchier 😃
I was thinking the same thing.

I hope you enjoy them 😃
These look more appealing than pop tarts. I’d give these a try. The brownie would be my choice. Thanks for the review.
Those are Ashley’s pick!
I was hoping for the brown sugar cinnamon also. That's my favorite. Maybe if these do well it will appear

You should try these!

Walmart brand are better trust me
I'd be tempted by the strawberry and the calories and portion size sounds reasonable!
I was wondering if the texture was like the long breadsticks perhaps? Yes, strawberry one for sure. Great review 🍓🍓🍓
These are thicker, but I understand the comparison 😃
As a big poptart fan I didn't like these. The flavor kind of reminded me of wafer cookies. Texture was ok but flavor is nowhere near as good as poptart bites
They're good. I sampled them at costco
I'm glad you enjoyed them :)
I get combo vibes!
They both look yummy!
these look delicious 😋
Thank you 😋
Great review
Thank you!
Makes me wonder if the Pop-Tart bites didn't go over as well so they're trying this as a replacement?
That could be!

We only buy Pop Tarts when they come out with something new.

Why not 2

Our daughter Ashley, loved the chocolate but didn’t like the strawberry.
I am eating a brown sugar cinnamon pop tart as I watch this… lol

I wonder if they will eventually make these in brown sugar cinnamon.
I wonder why they made these when they’ve had those bite versions out for so long
I thought the same thing...
These are a different texture.

The texture is really nice.
I bought a big box of the chocolate and strawberry from Sam’s club and we ended up throwing them away. I am not a fan of the flavor.
Ashley liked the chocolate but didn’t like the strawberry.

Thanks so much but never a PopTart buyer.
The strawberry sounds ok. Would I buy them, I don’t think so.
Fun review.
Have a great day too.
It’s not something we buy regularly either 😃
To me they sound like stale Pop Tarts in a round shape lol.
Ashley loves the chocolate ones 😃
This is the grossest name.
Who named these?
