It blows my mind too because there's so much content to work with within the universe and the social commentary relating to censorship, 24/7 surveillance and the lack of privacy in the crazy futuristic city the developers created could tell so many stories. I'd love to see a movie that really embraced what the games were all about and then some. It could totally work if the right people got together and made it happen.
I agree, however it is very important that they do not fuck up the story. Otherwise, I do not want to see it, since I just need a proper solid story ending.
