Walked over the runway several times but last time we came to Gibraltar we came through the tunnel, also been through Irish Town, thanks for the video xx

Thanks for the comment, Linda. Yeah, most people take tunnel now. It's only if you're walking now, you go over the runway.

It's a great walk, one we've done a few times now but, this September, we're staying at the Rock Hotel (if Frontex let us in, that is), so it'll have to be a taxi. Thanks for the video!

Thanks Anonnemo! Haha, luckily, there are no frontex at the airport yet and hopefully never will be. I would defos get a taxi for staying at the Rock. Nice holiday to look forward too.

Nice to be back ? Really amazed you would get a taxi tbh but i do things on the Cheap.
Any info on Fire station building really looks an iconic structure bit like Jersey Airport would look the part in any Indiana Jones film

Yeah, it's nice to be back, but it's not so nice to be back at work. Haha. Normally, I just want to get home ASAP, mate. I dont know too much about the fire house, only thats its for the airport use only. Haha.

Looked like a lovely day there! The walk would be trickier with suitcases and very old legs! Seems strange seeing no cars as you cross the runway.

Thanks for the comment David. If I wasnt filming, I would have taken a taxi. Yeah even a year on its still strange that cars do not drive on the runway.

Cross wires on my part I think ,Meant Fire station building next to Cable car station

Haha. I know the one. Well I know it was built in Victorian times and still in use today but apart from that, thats all I know.
