A-21's incident report:
"On 4/16/2024 at approximately 1448 hours, Troop A Dispatch advised North Little Rock Police was in pursuit of a red Dodge
Ram 1500 Northbound on US 67/167. NLRPD advised the reason for pursuit was for Theft of Property charges. I, Trp. M.
Leddon, waited for the pursuit at 67/167 NB before the Redmond Road Exit.
Upon the pursuit approaching my location, I activated my emergency equipment and took over the primary unit for the pursuit. I
notified dispatch that I was primary. I quickly noted that there was a break in traffic and began to align for a Tactical Vehicle
Intervention (TVI). I positioned the front passenger area of my unit at the rear driver side area of the suspects vehicle. I made
contact with the suspect vehicle causing it to rotate to the left 360 degrees. The vehicle was able to drive out of the TVI, and
continued northbound on 67/167. The vehicle then became stuck in traffic near the Gregory Street Exit. The vehicle abruptly
braked and then struck a citizens vehicle. I attempted to pin the vehicle to prevent flight, but the suspect continued driving. The
pursuit continued northbound. I found another opening in traffic and began positioning for another TVI by positioning the front
passenger area of my unit at the rear driver side of the suspect vehicle. The suspect started merging left attempting to block my
TVI. I struck the rear of the suspect vehicle causing the vehicle to rotate left 90 degrees. The suspect vehicle then struck the
left wall. The suspect vehicle rode on top of the wall for a short distance and then rotated left another 90 degrees before landing
back on the roadway facing south. The vehicle then struck the wall on the right. I struck the vehicle to pin the vehicle.
I exited my patrol unit and drew my department issued firearm. I gave the suspect commands to show his hands. I then
instructed the suspect to exit the vehicle. The suspect stated he couldn’t. I then advised the suspect to climb out of the window.
The suspect was making no attempts to exit the vehicle. I then grabbed an arm, while a NLRPD officer grabbed another we
pulled the suspect from the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody.
While checking the scene, I located a small baggie containing a white crystalline substance in the area of the TVI. I provided
this evidence to a NLRPD officer who stated it was similar to the baggie located in his pocket. I then checked my patrol unit and
located minor tire scuff on my front passenger side fender. I did not see any other visible damage. The Power Steering Warning
light was on in my unit and my alignment was slightly off to the right.
Trooper A. Garrison arrived on scene and worked the crash with the citizens vehicle (202406949ASP). The driver was
transported to the hospital with head, neck and back pain. NLRPD provided me with report number 24-29339 for their report.
No other ASP property sustained damage and no ASP Personnel were injured during this event."
Are the black unmarked Tahoes all NLRPD units?
Yep with ghost decals on them.@@joepapp01
Totalled truck. Uninsurable for life. Multiple felonies. What a sharp guy.
I love how the troopers carefully check their cars for any scratches after completely destroying a fleeing care with a TVI! 😂
I swear at this point they’re checking to see if they are eligible for a new ride 😂
Y'all can sure drive Troopers. Love to watch it.👏 Stay safe out there 🙏
Absolutely love these ASP videos!! Old school Trooper work there. Don't shit on my boots.
I think the Ram was just dehorned.
It's a Ford now lol found on road dead
We need more cops like the one yelling at him to get out. You can tell he truly cares about the public and feels for them
GOOD ONE!!! 🤙 Luvin the sparks and bouncy-bounce 😆
4:26 that loose tire flying onto upcoming traffic looked scary, but I guess it didn´t hit anybody after all ... great job Trooper Leddon !
Looks like there was a construction lane that it landed in - luckily!
Wow, the sparks during the 2nd pit!
Wow, Trp. Bratton w/ a sustained 149mph (GPS) to intercept! 🥵
Home boy straight up creamed that wall😂
Mr Leddon, you receive a double gold star today and two servings of ice cream.
And the biggest steak dinner ever
Outstanding pursuit and excellent driving by the other 2 Troopers. Great PIT while showing the wild ride by the criminal. I have watched many of the ASP chases they get it done. The interaction with the different agencies is amazing. STAY SAFE OUT THERE TROOPERS AND LEOS.
Hehehe troopers are Leo’s
I like the choreography of lead changes, and dodging traffic. Call me silly.
Now that was a great TVI and suspect extraction , sorry about the damage to your car.
Trooper Leddon sure told the truth
*that was stupid*. One would think that dude would have taken the hint with the first bump. SMH. Trooper Garrison took care of the people that got hit by the perp. Appreciate the different angle. NST, thank you for all you do, giving us the best. ♥️🇺🇸🚑
Thanks troopers!
Thanks NST!❤
That was a heck of a pit!!
I’ve been watching these NST videos for months. I just want to say that ANY interaction I’ve ever had with ASP has been a positive, kind experience with the officer being VERY courteous. Most have only given warnings for things, even when a ticket could have been wrote.
I went through a very rough time and had my drivers license suspended for traffic ticket when I got stopped. Again, very courteous, helpful and kind to me.
I’ve had the Sheriff’s office from 2 different counties stop me for expired tags (1) and headlight out (1). The experience was horrible, they officers were rude, on a power trip, and if I had not had the previous experiences either the ASP, I would think all officers were bad.
So please, 😊stay safe, and keep up the terrific public interaction. It really pays off. FYI, I even have several of your officers I am proud to know and speak to on patrol as much as I safely can (they are usually busy)!
Damn Trooper Leddon, what a great stop. Your quick thinking and tvi attempt almost prevented that accident, but he got out of it. Way to stick with it and get a super tvi. Excellent work.
Magnificent PIT ! Bye bye pickup. Hope it was worth it.
Bro looked like he was at a skate park. My guy did the Tony Hawk on the concrete barrier.
Looked like his head was going to pop off. And come out the window. That area of the road is narrow!! I hate driving thru there. Trooper great job!!
I hate it for the innocent victims that got rear ended, Trooper Leddon thank you for getting this menus off our highways!! Good job stay safe out there. NST is the best👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👏👏
Thank you NST! Trooper Leddon, another Awesome member of ASP! Loved watching the teamwork between Agencies! Felt bad for T. Leddon when he tried to wipe the scratch off his Loyal cruiser...❤❤❤
Don’t even think about playing with Trooper Leddon!!!
Thanks for the video NST 💙. Blessed be dear friends 🙏❤️🐺🐾
Natural State Transparency, Your videos always brighten my day, so I subscribed!
I love watching, never disappoints, keep up the great work!❤
Always look forward to the videos....I sneek into the bathroom at work to watch LOL
I love this!
Best pit I've ever seen 😍 I hope the walls are OK 😅
Hi again James. This was a great video. That pretty Ram sure is totaled. This people that run from Arkansas Police will always get caught. All the Troopers do a fantastic job. I thank all the Troopers for their service. Thank you as always for the police video. Have a great day my friend.
Thank you for another awesome video James!
Another great job by Trooper Bratton and I do applaud North Little Rock PD for being backup thanks NST for the start of another great weekend
That is.one brave cop
Oh my don’t those troopers look stunning in those uniforms ❤
That wasn't a PIT maneuver, and was a CRATER maneuver. Sweet! I hope the innocent person he rear-ended is going to be okay.
Gotta love that Herky Bird on the other side of the highway! 😁
That’s one tough Dodge I here to tell you ❤️🙏💪💪💪😮🧌
I hope you get the pursuit that happened today. It started in Jonesboro and ended in Paragould at Greene County Tech school just as school was letting out.
Ooooooooh. Hadn’t heard about this yet. Working on it and thanks!!
Excellent instructional video on alternate ways to exit a vehicle.
Thats the only language criminals understand. You got get their attention. ASP are the most professional Troopers around.
bro got that limited edition Hollywood pit maneuver
He came out of that truck hard . Right on his face 😂
4:20 WOW! awesome video as usual James
Grandpa??? REALLY??? OMG! The end of times are near!!! What on God's green earth was he thinking? Glad he's NOT my grandpa! My grandpa would have stopped, hands down! Gave his license, insurance and registration, had a seat belt on, would come back with NO warrants and we would be on our way! GEEZ!❤🤠
Now that was a hell of a PIT. Great job ASP.
His truck bounced like a low rider in Mexico
Wow your country side looks like ours here in Tenterfield New South Wales Australia..go get them tiger
Another beautiful TVI!!! Thank you for another wonderful pursuit footage, NST!! Stay safe Troopers! 💙
Those old Plymouth Gran fury 3 police cars front end used to start floating when you got past 130. Chevy Biscayne would start floating around 140 and the Ford crown Vic would start float around 2:20 mph.,
Arkansas troopers wear the crown when it comes to PIT maneuvers. That one was a bit scary with traffic and 2-lane construction zone, but good outcome(minus the innocent driver who got hit, that always sucks).👌
Great teamwork ASP!
RIP Trooper Davis. We'll have you in our hearts...
@@Hoosierdaddy427 Sarcasm much??
You’re the Best !!!
Great Job !!
Need some more Troop B(est)!
Like thank you😊
Let me just lightly tap it, just to make @4:33😂😂😂
Now THAT IS HOW IT IS DONE!
Everyone did a great job. Guy wasn't content for little damage to his truck! Are cities ever not doing road work??
Wow!!!! Nice pit officer
Another Dodge bites the concrete, they are always in a Dodge.
Duse definitely lost his muffler on that one.
What an unusual suspect

Ark state police. Great job. Don't put up with all that. B.S. AWESOME
Well that was one Dodge that got rammed.
Stop complaining about the language. It’s always something.
Wow!
Show something else besides Trp Bratton’s camera. Great TVI!
149mph intercept footage is for the true connoisseur.
"All pile on the rabbit!"
What is a C-130 doing there on the left ? Seems awfully close to the highway.
Looked up coordinates. That's a static display C-130 Next to the school. A little corner of Little Rock AFB.
Little Rock AFB is right there. It is the primary C-130 training base for the USAF.
That c130 is the last plane to leave evacuation of Vietnam.
He should have to give every one of the inconvenienced drivers $50 each.
Another one bites to dust
I find it hard to believe that people in Arkansas think trying to out drive the ASP is a good idea-once those troopers are on your tail you may as well give up!
Ole Dodge truck has some wore out shock absorbers huh? 🤷♂️
Mind blowing how many jump in the left lane (hammer lane) then just cruise along & never look in there mirror's
It amuses me when they put their hands up right after being pitted like "oh hey I give up now"......
DUH, you give up cause your vehicle can't move.
nice pit
How did that fella go so far through life being so stupid?
Arkansas must not have a move over law for emergency vehicles..
👍👍👍
Climb out the fucking window 😂😂😂
Who's pawpaw is this! Lol
Trooper a bad man
Not the most professional stop I've ever seen, but in situations like that adrenaline is running high. Good job!
Why did they rename the PIT as a TVI?
What a waste of a Dodge Ram Truck.
For the life of me I will never understand how these idiots KNOW that the ASP will PIT them when they get into a pursuit and yet still try to outrun the troopers. It's not like it is out here in CA where they'll chase a suspect for hours on end.
Anyone need a Hemi but it may need a new oil pan LOL. I bet that truck will be cheap.
Good j p 😮
4:21 trying to be a skateboarder
Also bad pit (imo) when they’re cars right in front of the pickup
I was wondering what TVI /pursuit those tire marks were from lol bastards need to stop tearing up our new roads
As long as they INTENTIONALLY ram a vehicle with people in it, shouldn't they be charged with Attempted Murder, considering the very possibility of such an outcome 😮😢???
Just sayin 🤷
*intercepts
日本の道路が狭いように逃げられないとよい方法がありますね
No excuse for this. Pure ignorance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Who wants to live around people like this??
Good thing they aren't Arkansas State Police.
