L-15's incident report:
"On February 7, 2024, at approximately 1710 hours I (Trp. Matthew Foreman) was notified by dispatch that Benton County was
in a pursuit and was traveling eastbound on US Highway 412 approaching the Benton/Washington County line. I was advised
that they were in pursuit of a stolen U-Haul truck. I was able make it to the county line to turn around.
At approximately 1716 hours the U-Haul truck and Benton County units passed me, and I was able to join the pursuit. At the
time of the pursuit, I became involved the following agencies where Benton County Sherriff’s office, Colcord Police Department
(Oklahoma) and Tontitown was joining the pursuit. I took primary in the pursuit as we began to enter Tontitown. I began to set
up on the passenger side of the vehicle to attempt a TVI (Tactical Vehicle Intervention) but did not complete it due to a pickup
truck parked in a driveway. We continued traveling eastbound on US Highway 412 with heavy traffic and the suspect showed
no regard to public safety. The suspect vehicle began to approach State Highway 112 where Trp. Matthew Walker attempted to
block the suspect vehicle in. The suspect vehicle continued traveling and Trp. Walker was able to perform a TVI on the driver
side of the U-Haul. The suspect turned south on Industrial circle. I immediately performed a TVI on the rear of the suspect van
and made it turn counterclockwise into an empty gravel parking lot and it struck the driver side of my patrol vehicle. The
suspect began to reverse through the abandoned parking lot after a failed attempt to block him in. Once the suspect began to
move forward, I reversed my vehicle and struck a Benton County patrol unit. The suspect continued traveling on Industrial
Circle and started to travel east on US Highway 412 again with heavy traffic conditions.
The pursuit continued east on US Highway 412, and Tontitown’s Police Chief was primary in the pursuit. The suspect entered
Interstate 49 going southbound approaching the 71-mile marker. Tontitown was able to perform a TVI on the suspect vehicle
causing it to rotate clockwise. The rear of the suspect vehicle got caught in Tontitown’s bumper and caused him to leave the
roadway to the right and overturn multiple times. The suspect vehicle continued driving backwards on Interstate 49 and Trp.
Walker and I performed a ram on the passenger front side of the vehicle, in attempts to disable the vehicle. I began to turn
around and observed the suspect vehicle was still traveling and performed another ram on the driver side tire in another
attempt to disable the vehicle. Trp. Matthew Walker, Tontitown, Benton County and I blocked the suspect vehicle in. The driver
attempted to drive through the Tontitown patrol unit but was unable to do so. A felony take down was performed on this vehicle.
The passenger was taken into custody and identified as Trenton Johnson (DOB:11/12/2002). Once the passenger was
removed from the vehicle, we began to give the driver commands to exit the vehicle which he ignored. Officer Trevor Hammons
with Tontitown Police Department deployed JPX on the driver. The driver continued to not comply with verbal commands. Trp.
Walker approached the driver side of the vehicle breaking the window with his baton. Once he broke the window, the driver,
later identified as Cory Mercier (DOB:08/20/2002), began to exit through the back of the van. The driver was later taken into
custody without further incident.
During the search of the vehicle, two 9mm handguns were in the back of the van. One of the firearms was a Mossberg MC2
9mm (S/N 016184MC). The second firearm was a 9mm Palmetto Dagger (S/N SZ016079). Both firearms had loaded
magazines and a live round in the chamber. There was also two Molotov Cocktails located inside the vehicle. No other
evidence was located inside the vehicle.
A total of two patrol vehicles became disabled in the pursuit. A total of 8 patrol vehicles became damaged in the pursuit.
It was later discovered the U-Haul van was not stolen, but it was flagged in ACIC as a Felony Wanted for Fleeing and Eluding
out of West Land Police Department, Michigan. The two suspects were also wanted out of several different agencies including:
West Land Police Department (Michigan), Tempe Police Department (Arizona), Oklahoma City Police Department, and Locus
Grove Police Department (Oklahoma). This vehicle fled from West Land Police Department (Michigan) on January 23, 2024,
their case #240003875. On January 25, 2024, West Land Police Department special investigation division was doing a followup on the U-Haul truck and located it. The vehicle backed into a parking spot and was blocked in, and they attempted to take
the subjects into custody. Mercier looked at them and said, "Fuck You!" Mercier put the vehicle in drive and accelerated forward
almost running over a West Land officer and rammed one of their patrol vehicles. This vehicle fled from Tempe Police
Department (Arizona) on February 5, 2024.This vehicle fled from Oklahoma City Police Department (Oklahoma) on February 7,
2024, at 1347 hours. Oklahoma Highway Patrol chased this vehicle into Arkansas.
Benton county took possession of the driver and passenger and everything that was found in the U-Haul van."
They made a big mistake going into Arkansas
😢.
Wow! All of you troopers and officers did many states and citizens a true service taking down this pair of criminals! Proud of all agencies and glad everyone is safe. It took Arkansas men to get this done! ❤
I was there and they passed me and then I got stopped by the pit. On my clips on youtube I am getting hate comments of how they did the chase and pit in heavy traffic. I agree it was was dangerous but it was not my fault.
Is JPX a dogs name?
Can we all appreciate how that rear bumper stayed dragging on that dodge with all that manuvering. 👏
I thought the same. Lol
That Dodge didn't want to give up any part at all. lol
Beat to crap all over. "Thanks Foreman".
@@alwaysachevysilveradogirl7475 😂😂😂
@tylerbergum568 He bumped the curb that was a little higher than it seemed
Trooper Brandon Walker has some mad driving skills!!
Asp bodyshop working overtime....
Exactly, ASP keeps Dodge in business!!
😂ASP hopefully has a BODY SHOP on " retainer" 😂🧻
@@Deb-xn6yr Muulllltippple!!!!!!!!!!
@@Deb-xn6yr I agree
27:05 glad the officer who went for a ride is okay... if you look through the dust cloud you can see how airborne he went.
He really did 😂 I was like wow ye haw 😂😂
i saw, i also hope hes ok.
yes is okay@@KaliyahTheCreator.
That's why ASP are the ones that should done the pit stop they are trained for that not the tointtown police
Omg
He flipped over a lot
God bless❤
Thank you NST for the hot flashes and adrenaline rushes you give me with these videos. I can't tell you how jealous I am of the ASP Troopers and their hot Dodge Chargers! I was a city cop back in the 1980's. My ride was a 1984 Plymouth Gran Fury (Police Edition) with the 318 V8. It got about 14 mpg but had a TOP SPEED of only about 120 (and it had to be on level turf and it took seemingly FOREVER to get it up to that). We didn't have tasers and all those fancy led lights back then either but somehow (with God's help) we got the job done. But thanks again NST and ASP for giving this old man some thrills. Wish I could join you in person. Stay safe out there and keep up the good work.
Thank you for doing a great job Officer. You are appreciated ❤
thanks for ur service.
Y'all Haul van $19.95. Seeing the joy on the troopers faces as they play bumper cars, priceless.
The dogs got really excited too.
😂
Excellent! Now keep them behind bars for at least 40 years.
Wishful thinking.
@@LindaZeno Exactly, and that goes for any state. My 4 yr old grandson was killed by a VERY drunk driver in 2014 and was given 33 yrs in prison. The state is letting him out in November of this year and I am mad as hell about that but there's nothing I can do to stop it.
or we could just get technology in cars to automatically shut them off to prevent such chases in the FIRST place.
it's 2024, and we might as well still be in the Reagan and Bush I eras.
it’ll end up being like 5 years because there was no money involved if there’s money involved it would be like 30- life
Don’t want you sound like I’m dissing, but the skill level between the troopers and the locals is very evident. No disrespect meant - I’m a local cop myself. The Troopers are just bad asses..
That's why the local PD generally gives ASP primary as soon as they can.
Exciting and dramatic chase. Very fortunate that there were no injuries other than vehicles. Keeping the ASP mechanics in business. STAY SAFE OUT THERE TROOPERS AND LEOS.
Trooper Foreman is my new favorite F1 driver.
Salute to all the Troopers to the job well done❤
These guys keep Dodge in business!! I mean the cars they tear up. But total bad asses the Arkansas State Police Trooper’s. Much respect!!!
And U haul
@@russellatwell2000 true that.
Dang that Deputy that did the final PIT went for a wild ride, hope they didn't get hurt. NST thanks for posting.
He was the Tontitown Chief of Police Corey Jenison. Was injured slightly, treated at a local hospital and released, and was back at work on Thursday according to a local news report

@@RachelPenningtonHull Thanks for sharing that info.
How many flips was that sheeesh
Not hating on the Chief _at all_ - but this shows why good TVI technique is so important. Not only are you trying to spin them out in a way that it doesn't spin them into other traffic, you also have to plan for a clean get-away for your car. I think in this instance he just got unlucky, because his cowcatcher got caught on the van, but a very similar wirl can happen if you are too hesitant about the hit and don't accelerate through it.
The undercover cop car that hit the van rolled 6 times is what the police told me. I was there and witnessed it all. He was up and walking around doing his job after he rolled his car . I have the clips in my shorts on my channel.
Yes at 27;01 mark wow
I had to go back and see if my eyes were messing with me when I saw that rollover. I'm glad the officer is OK. The k9 wanted a snack. Lets have a moment of silence for the bumper. It held on though.
That was a wild-ass flip by the county unit at the end. Looked like his pit-bumper got hung up in the vans bumper and slung him around when the van spun.
That was the Police Chief of Tontitown. Corey Jenison.
@@_WyreTheWolf Didn't know thanks. That was a wild ride!
Driver of the red Corvette at 16:35 --- Whew! For once they are not after me.
That's Ind that do that go drive thru there they car profile they tell you so I drive mustang & they pulled me to many times going thru
Thanks for the video NST😊
Thanks for all the things y'all do to keep the bad guy off the streets, and keep the good civilians safe. Stay safe out there. This channel is about to hit 100k subscribers. Great job!!!
This driver put alot of people in danger. I hope all the officers are ok.... Thank you for a wild police pursuit...
NST to the top!
Sorry I missed you all, in chat! Thank you NST!
U-haul rep watching this right now... "oh no, there goes more of my inventory"
Wow!!!
Wow is right! I was steering with my tablet trying to get up there with the primary 🤣.
Stay safe 💙
Trooper Foreman is all business and so calm with a good head on his shoulders!
Not only did this jerk endanger so many lives but caused so much damage . New law pay up or do the time. Citizens shouldn’t have to pay for this.Trooper Walker same thing calm and all business!
Glad to see people paying attention and moving over asap! Except one or two!
Love Troopers communications. And much admiration! Stay safe Troopers. 💙🕊️
I pray the officers in the roll over are ok.💙🕊️
If these perps would be forced to work on road crew for minimum wage until all the damage they caused was paid before they were released, the word would get around, and I believe this crap would stop, or at least paid for. And feed them really crappy food too.
@@kevinwilson9589 Need chain gangs to make a comeback!
@@vaughnbluejr5960omg I was thinking exact same thing!!
@@vaughnbluejr5960 Yep, would save lives and taxpayer dollars.
Holy Hell that was intense!!!
Clock said 17:20....isn't that actually rush hour traffic?? Dang!
Every unit, ASP and City PD negotiated every vehicle, every turn, where every fraction of a second counted! Incredible pursuit!
Thank you NST, ASP, all Leo's involved here to bring us all a huge adrenaline dump! Whew!
Just saw the Police Chief vehicle get twisted and thrown! That looked really bad. I just read below that he did sustain injuries. He was treated and released. How in the heck is this guy back to work the very next day?!? Man of steel.
Yes 5:20 pm
It’s pretty crazy to see the difference in how drivers pull/move over when it’s dusk/early evening compared to bright conditions.
Well done to Trooper Foreman. Calm and composed. Thanks NST!

Good one!
Unreal you guys are the best. Keep taking the trash out, but please be safe...
Thank you to All law enforcement officers who have served the public. I am grateful no one was hurt!
All of you are so brave I feel guilty. You have such a hard job. You are my hero’s.
❤❤❤Most people are yielding to an emergency vehicle, but the few that aren't are almost a mile ahead of the ASP, the Governor needs to get more PSA announcements out. Most are Arkansas ❤❤❤
Uhaul is not going to be happy about this one. The number of damaged cop cars in this one is a world record!
So glad to hear the officer in the rollover was OK, thank GOD. Hats off too each & everyone of you. May GOD watch over you all & thank you for what you do for safety.
Arkansas never fails to deliver!!!!
Great ASP! Great video!
Wild ride! Fantastic driving all Law Enforcement involved throughout all the heavy traffic. Thank you NST for these great videos. Love watching all Law Enforcement working so great together. You folks are awesome. ❤
The lead trooper's "God Dayyyummm" at about 6:55 when the perp got out of a squeeze play was comical. It sounded like he backed into another squad. ASP troopers are more tenacious than a pack of wolves!
27:06 That rollover was straight out of Nascar.
Trooper Foreman and Trooper Walker did a damn good job the Arkansas State Police need to be training local and county pd on how to do it right Thanks NST for another great video
You have to love the ASP use of the F word, love it, they are the experts. They can F you up, and 30 seconds later, are the calmest, nicest guys ever!!!
They truely are the best police force in the US on use of the TVI
Hollywood can’t put me on the edge of my seat like this one did !!
These guys successfully eluded multiple police agencies in multiple states, ASP "okay our turn....."
The buck stops here.
A GREAT JOB WELL DONE😊😮😊😊
That was AWESOME Trooper❤ Foreman
Don’t mess with the ASP troopers😘They always mean business and will definitely catch you in no time! Salute!!!
I am enjoying watching
This is PROOF that you don't fk with AR police. These guys went through 4 - FOUR - different states' agencies, and ASP was the only ones who were able to successfully take these guys down. Not that the other agencies are lacking, it's just that ASP don't play.
Thank you for keeping all of us safe I admire all of you troopers and Policemen’s in general thank you again for all the great job all you do.
God bless all of you .
Arkansas Police department did a great job 👏 ❤
Arkansas State Troopers / Police Don't Play. Its Jus Amazing To Me. Where In The Hell Do They Think Their Going Whereas They Think There Getting Away Risking Other Ppl's Lives.I Love Those Pit Maneuvers.Great Job!
ASP SIMPLY THE BEST.
WHY ANYONE WOULD ATTEMPT TO FLEE IS FOOLISH.
GOD BLESS 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Love my Troopers!
This one was intense. Dem boys can sure play demolition derby!!!! Way to go guys.
Some of these chases remind me of the Blues Brothers movie.
Great job
Great channel and the opening song is dope
U-Haul: "Need a Van?"
Foreman (ASP): "I need you off the road."
Tontitown was in it to win it buddy! Glad he's safe and ok abd was not injured though in sure he was very sore later that night and the coming days. Be safe out there!
You all have some crazy driving
Amazing takedown...so glad no one was serously hurt...great teamwork amoung all the agencies and states involved.
Jesus that officer/sheriff that did the PIT went for one hell of a ride at the end, I hope he's all right!
Thank god the unmarked that went flying after the pit is ok. That was a bad wreck. It looked almost as if his pit bumper got wedged in the van during the PIT and kept the vehicles connected
ASP body shop technician. The job with the most job security in state government! 😂
Chief of police is bad ass
The Blues Brothers ending chase reimagined
This upended NST as well! Look at that roll-over. And over, and over.......
Oh wow 😮 that’s awesome 🤩
Those people in traffic sure got an exciting free show
CHP and other California cops could learn a thing or two from ASP.
Arkansas troopers outstanding
A beautifully choreographed dance of sorts with all the weaving in and around each other, the chasee and the innocent drivers who did just as well. @ 9:10 Those things don't turn on a dime!
In most cases the cops are trashing several vehicles on their PIT maneuvers. You would think they would try to use one vehicle over and over until the vehicle they are pursuing has been stopped. I understand in this case it took several. This is like the Blues Brothers, I'm expecting Jake and Elwood to come out of one of these cars.
I like how the other drivers get out of the way when they see a car with emergency lights coming up behind them.
You guys are bad asses
Outstanding, kudos to our LEO'S!
I got the biggest crush on trooper Foreman ! ❤❤❤❤
Circa 24:00 and again at about 26:00 Losin' his back bumper, but he STAYED in the GAME! He STAYED in the GAME! And circa 27:25: Aww, what the heck?! I might as well take another shot at it! This unit's ripped to shreds, anyway! Circa 31:35: Doggie say, "I'm ready! Lemme at 'em!"😆🤣😆
I thought the chase was crazy and intense. Then after reading the report, it gets crazier!! I am glad that no one was hurt and they were finally caught. 2 cruisers were disabled and 8 damaged WTF!! One was just dragging the back bumper!!! Wow just wow.
6 BRAND NEW CHARGERSSSSS!!!!!
YOU GET A CAR!!!!! YOU GET A CARRR!!!!!
Was the Tontitown Chief of Police ok? (Edit) Ok I looked up this incident and a local news report says the Police Chief Corey Jenison had minor injuries, was treated and released at a local hospital, and was back at work on Thursday.
Thank you so much!! I was wondering the same thing. Bad-ass Chief!💙
ASP Its looking for a new employees in the body shop
Troopers from Arkansas are the best in the country! I want a trooper car for Xmas 😂 nascar 🙏☮️🇺🇸
good job
OK, I was a NJ cop and have been in many high speed chases, but AR is on another plane of existence with their chases! I would have loved to have been trained in pursuit by them (although PIT maneuvers are not a thing here in NJ. Too congested in most places). My academy imported instructors from Georgia to teach PR-24 and we even had a British Bobby come in for some hand to hand classes, so why not AR Troopers for driving?
The amount of cop cars involved from different agencies is crazy.
Dang. Tell those local and county boys to back the heck off and let the ASP pros finish things.
ASP will chase any vehicle anywhere, no matter the traffic. Lol
3:54 Das Geräusch der ersten winzigen Berührung zwischen dem Polizeifahrzeug und dem Verdächtigen macht mich irgendwie süchtig.
Who needs Fast and the Furious movies when you have Arkansas Police dash cam videos
Always fun to see crazy 🤪 stuff 😎
I seen this while driving…freaking insane
Everyone wanted a piece of them
Come on everyone: spread the word so we can help NST reach 100,000. I reached out to ten friends to subscribe. If everyone spreads the word we can get this channel there!!!!!🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏
That trooper went flying in that rollover. Those vans are heavy not easy to pit them.
THANK YOU
