Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but the “m” in the elevator stands for the mezzanine, which is the second floor of a larger building. The floor is open in the middle and usually looks out over the lobby or foyer, as you could see when they exited the elevator.

My mom and I stayed in the Marilyn suite and as soon as my mom walked in she started to cry because she felt sadness overcome her. She felt something leading her to the bed and someone touch her waist. I didn't experience anything weird, but she did and she didn't expect to cry of all things. You guys need to go to The Cecil Hotel, it's the hotel that AHS Hotel was based off!!!
