Hi Roy, good old Larry to the rescue with Delta Force 2 😅 and the rest of the goodies 🫡 the box has since been shredded Roy, I had no idea it was “The Box” 😮 The Bone Collector isn’t part of the set Roy, it’s Kiss The Girls….wow I used to have Dreamcatcher on DVD I didn’t know it had a Blu-ray release. Nice one Roy, take care mate👍😃👍
I have the Big Gundown, and Sheriff of Fractured Jaw; but have yet to watch them Roy. Be interested to hear your thoughts if you get round to them before me. I also have, and watched, the 3 westerns on that set you have. You're right, they're all great films. Barquero is the correct name Roy; and stars Lee Van Cleef. It's my favourite of the 3 on there; and even though American produced; has the feeling of a spaghetti western imo. I know the one you were thinking of - Bandolero. Don't own it, but seen it on TV. It does star James Stewart, and Raquel Welch.👍
Awesome video Roy 😀🍿🙌🎸🎶 Thanks so much for the kind words mate and oh you are not wrong about those Criterion Collection vids I did; as Tim pointed out to me; it’s near the same sprawling runtime of the Extended cuts of L.O.T.R; I think I was gonna break a new World Record there 😂 Thanks so much again Roy and I absolutely love ‘Licorice Pizza’; it’s funny cos I saw it on my B’day at Tyneside and the film stars Bradley Cooper and we both share the same b’day 😀🙏🎸🍿 🎂 🎉🎶 Superb film mate; I saw my fav P.T.A film on Sunday in 35mm; ‘Magnolia’ which is becoming one of my fav films of all time; magnificent film there Roy; Tom Cruise gives one of his best; if not; his best performance in it 🤩 I heard great things about ‘The Big Gundown’ aswell; I may have to grab that Blu-Ray copy at some point; gonna watch couple more Westerns whilst I’m away 🤠
@samglendenning9884 thanks for watching Sam 👀 😊 I've really enjoyed your criterion series and joking aside I could easily watched if they were longer 😀 👍 I'm looking forward to Licorice Pizza. I think it was on a stream I saw you talking about it 🤔 Can't beat a good western 👌 I'll keep my eye on your letterboxd 👍
@@roybarratt5609 oh I know you were mate; in fairness they are as to date my most sprawling videos 😂🙌 Thanks Roy mate; so pleased you enjoyed those Criterion Collection vids I did; really hope the next sale be much superior; as it was pretty lackluster last time round 😕 It was on Ryan’s stream I talked about ‘Licorice Pizza’ mate that’s right; I need to rewatch that film sometime; P.T.A one of my fav directors 😀🍿🎸🎶 Definitely got the likes of you; Carlos & Stuart to thank for inspiring me to check out more Westerns 🤠 Really enjoyed ‘The Searchers’ btw bud 😀👍
The Big Gundown is top Spaghetti. Watch the longest version, it is the best by far. I have the boxset, also a four disc edition from Grindhouse in the USA which has the soundtrack as well! 👍
@SuperGrumpyDaddy hi Mark that limited edition set did look nice I should have grabbed that before it went oop. I have a couple of their sets and indicator do a really good job. Dreamcatcher has totally passed me by. I didn't know it existed. Thanks mate 👍 👌
Some great additions there Roy 😀👍🏻 Dreamcatcher i remember getting a bad wrap when it came out but i had the dvd and didnt mind it at all. Been a loong time since ive rewatched though. I believe it had something to do with Stephen king
I did say to Sam I might need a day off work to watch his latest videos 😅lol the big gundown is in my top ten favourite westerns 👌🏻 it's a great cat and mouse film great score 🎼 by the Master ennio morricone 👍🏻 Larry to the rescue
Hi Roy, "Delta Force 2" is not a patch on the first movie & the budget was thin on the ground for Cannon, i"ve not seen "Red Dawn" for years & actually don"t own, unpopular opinion but i preferred the remake of "The Talking of Pelham 123" slightly, "Striking Distance" is decent without being great, i"m 25 mins away from Milton Keynes. "The Big Gundown" is a great one & is one of the big hitters outside the Leone movies, "Run, man run" is the sequel which you have, Tomas Milian is fantastic in both movies Roy.
@eastwood4lifefan334 hello Carlos. Thanks for that. Informative as ever. I'm under an hour north of Milton Keynes but my son's girlfriend lives in Haynes, not far from MK. They certainly had a big inventory in the CEX there. I might have to make a trip down myself. I'm actually with you on Pelham 123. The remake edges it for me too. Thanks mate 👍
Dreamcatcher is a Stephen King, not one of his best. If that version has the alternative ending, watch that instead of the original theatrical cut. Makes a bit more sense, I think. I think it would have worked better as a two or three part mini series.
“I ordered garden shears and got Tampax”😂😂😂
Great video Roy.👍
Awesome friends you have there 👍
@@jimtatro6550 cheers Jim 🍻 you have to have a laugh 😃 I couldn't wish for better friends 👍 😀

Ah Tony thanks for that 👍 I need to add Bandaolero to my list now 😊 Lee Van Cleef is a decent substitute for Cleef
