Yes, there are - as your team grows it gets a bit more complicated, but in general you get a small percentage of commission on your teams sales plus your regular commission on your own sales. One thing I like about Scentsy though is that most of your income comes from your own sales, not other people’s.
You can still host a party and earn party rewards without a website, you just have to place your orders through the consultant workstation (which is what consultants usually order through anyways). The Workstation (which ALL consultants can access) is where you create and redeem parties. 😊
Only orders placed while you’re a consultant would count, unfortunately. So you could call and ask if they’ll cancel your order (if it hasn’t shipped yet sometimes they can cancel it), then join, and then reorder the stuff you wanted. Otherwise you’d just want to have another 200 PRV month some other month in the future. 💜
