This is honestly a massive game changer, these fuckin skins boosted my AR 9 reading to a level where i 1 miss choked my new top play on a 7 star DT map, actually goated video
honestly, the only difference i see is that in the triple stacked skin the circles appear slightly thicker, but other than that, i dont see anything else being different, just my opinion tho
they are generally more visible so you will see them a bit earlier during the fade-in animation compared non triple stacked skins, this is most effectively paired with higher gamma (1.5-1.7) on maps with high AR
this has been a thing for a long time, alot longer than you would assume, its just that the difference really doesnt matter that much in the end so it never became meta cuz its also just kinda annoying to make the elements, its like imo gamma changes nothing in terms of reading but some people swear its better for high ar cuz that extra 1 frame of circle u see matters so much (not cope trust)
Skinning is one of the most things of this game for me, so I have tried lots of stuff like mixing hitcircles with hitcircles overlays but never triple stacked. Even tho #cent HR rustbell skin already does this and is from 2017
Upping gamma more has the same effect but without the annoying numberstaks that you get past 9. But I think people should still try it. I also really enjoyed playing with it for a while. But I think normal skin with higher gamma is what I enjoy more now.

idk what you're doing with the hitcircle overlay file, but mine is 1x1 transparent and the insta fade numbers are just rafis upscaled (2x) then downscaled (2x) and it looks the same. used upscayl's "digital art" model for it
copy the hitcircle.png from any rafis skin and paste them into the sytho skin as a "hitcircle.png" aswell as "hitcircleoverlay.png" since the sytho skin is a instafade skin the 2 files are empty, so adding them makes it brighter
use an image editing program (or photopea website) open the larger one, paste in the smaller one and scale it to the full size of it and then export it with just the smaller one's layer visible and replace the file in the skin
@@NEMO33033 @2 is a hicher resolution image but isnt necessary, you can have @2 on hitcircles without needing a @2 on an overlay and you can also just delete them if you want
