I’ve got a theory about Lady is doing, I think she’s after Thomas or some reason. That reason, idk, but it makes sense so far with the characters who’ve been killed or disappeared. Gordon, was taken then killed because he was like a older brother to Thomas, Oliver was a witness so loose ends had to be taken, people were taken from Ffarquhar who had some sort of relationship with Thomas (both positive and negative) and turned into trucks, Toby and Percy killed to break Thomas. And finally those that line near Kildane is her little hideout/portal entrance after the previous two were presumably destroyed. As for the mirror, I’m assuming it has something to do with getting rid of Lady, permanently. Predictions for future episodes: The next one to go might be Edward for his father-like relationship to Thomas (and witness status), Wilbert starts to put the pieces together, Thomas and Lady have their meeting and shit goes down, after Thomas is gone Wilbert and several engines finally put an end to Lady. What happens after anything goes.
Smart. =3 And what you said with the last part... how about this: After all that Lady has done once she is put down, those that she killed are of course revived? =3
Sir Topham Hatt was devastated. The first losses were Gordon, Oliver, & Toad, and now, Toby was gone. Sir Topham was devastated, as he remembered him taking his father onto a trip. But unfortunately, the losses, weren’t going to be the last….
The ending sort of makes me feel nervous and concerned for Percy. I hope he’s alright, but evidence of him going with Lady in the forest and him with Toby really makes me wonder… Is Percy gonna die or not? I can’t wait for the next one!!!
I’m sure he was more of a cameo but I think herbie would be a cool addition to the story, what with him treading the line of being a sentient and nonsentient machine
Man the island is never gonna be the same after all this, poor toby and Percy and the worst part Thomas never got the chance to apologize to Percy 😭 and the news of sir topham hatt taking his own life was so sudden, his engines were like family to him and to lose some of them to a mysterious force really hit him hard. So many unanswered questions, I hope you make a 2nd part to the story👍
The editing on these videos has been incredible. I live for those "blink and you'll miss it" sightings of the missing engines in the background. The lightning effects in the last episode where Toby meets Lady was exceptional. Really amazing work.
This series really needs like a wiki or a TVTropes page or something - I wanna keep track of all the lore and all the stuff I'm missing! I'm really excited to see where this goes (but mostly just hoping Stanley and Lapis make it out okay - their friendship is just

The foggy ambiance is done *soooo well* in this one. It's unsettling even when nothing supernatural is going on, like the shot of Shen appearing out of the fog.
i cant wait for more, this is so interesting!!!!! I was mad at Thomas at first, I get we all have our own ways of coping with loss, but he was blaming Percy for actions that he had no control over. But now I feel bad for him because he realized his wrongs.
The Killdane Experiment. That's GOT to be it. That's why engines are disappearing, found dead, etc. That's the ONLY thing it could be. When the engine finally appears, it will have all of the confirmed dead engines' parts attached to it. Including their souls, all in one horrifying engine. That's the only conclusion I can come to.
Man we need more people like you in the fandom who do mysterious and dark stories. Like I was at the edge of my chair when watching this. This is awesome. Keep it up

Just finished watching this whole series a couple of days ago after stumbling across it, and I must say, well done! This series is quite the emotional rollercoaster, with plenty of creepy moments, heartbreaking moments, and some light-hearted moments in between. I will say, this is an interesting alternate timeline you've come up with. Although some of the timeline changes initially did confuse me a bit, such as D261 filling in for Spencer following the events of "Bowled Out", but I think it's great you're creating your own canon for this and not specifically basing it off any pre-established canon. Personally I headcanon that events which would have occurred prior to this series, such as Oliver and Toad's escape from scrap, Gordon's crash through Kirk Ronan, and even Percy's chocolate crunch, which he himself mentions in this episode, occurred while Sir Topham Hatt I was still controller, in what would have been the NWR's "golden age", so to speak. After all, Sir Topham Hatt I remains controller throughout the entirety of the television series. But alas, nothing good lasts forever, and dark times are descending upon Sodor. I've seen some but not all of Steven Universe, and normally I don't like crossovers in fan works, but this series pulled it off in a way that wasn't entirely "cringe", if you take my meaning. Lapis somehow feels like she belongs in this universe, in some strange way. And speaking of blue characters... I really like Flying Scotsman in NWR blue. I don't really know why, I just do. Something else I loved were callbacks to real-life events like the Halifax Explosion. Awdry tried to make Sodor a place that you could easily imagine as existing in the real world, and bringing real-life history into this series definitely makes it feel more grounded in realism, even with the fantastical and supernatural elements. Overall, it was a pleasure seeing this, and you've earned yourself a subscriber, because I can't afford to miss any new installments of this. Well done!

This is showing an understanding of tension and intrigue few are able to pull off, and it is refreshing to have something that isn't just an onslaught of loud noises and jumpscares in this niche little subject matter. Some audio issues still gotta be ironed out, voices should always be a little louder than anything else going on, and the "whisper screaming", while I'm sure you have your reasons for doing, can be a bit of a mood killer. Despite this, this series has been largely very well done. Rosie managing to get a picture and a description of Lady out there changes things. She has operated largely under secrecy until now. This might give the engines something to look out for now. Will someone remember something seen in passing, or be on the lookout for signs of her more diligently? This might be where some long awaited answers may be forthcoming. Another thing I've noticed, any time Lady "recruits" someone, another body is found. Could it be there's a limit to how many she can control at once? Did Percy go willingly perhaps, on a promise of "releasing" Toby only to realise the Faustian bargain too late? Did the changed Toby get into his head and perhaps make him a willing participant even now? Will, as Thomas put it, "sorry not be enough" when percy returns? What is Lady's endgoal? Suffering, worship, simple greed? What "long and inhuman" thing did Rosie see? Some kind of ShyGuy/Rake figure maybe? So many questions, so few answers, both the best and most painful part of the series. Definitely keep on this, as there is a lot of good things so far, and plenty of potential to be even better.
So we have: 1. Glowing red monster 2. Lady 3. Military The glowing red monster was first seen in the video Henry's forest after Molly had crashed. Later when Class 40 Bowler and Henry met in the forest they both saw red glow in the forest, Henry reversed backwards whilst Bowler derailed and was later killed by that same light. Few minutes later the glowing red light came to henry but due to feeling tired he fell asleep and ignore it. In the video Missing 411 we see both Gordon and Oliver being possesd by Lady and entering in the glowing mineshaft on Thomas's branchline and once they got in the red light disappears. In the episode The Ffarquar Siren during the beginning we see Toad slowly sliding behind line of trucks at the Scrapyard. Later we see that Lady is not just a engine but a human as well who turn anyone else that she suspects into truck or kill. She notices that one porter begins to question her role in all of this so she decides to eliminate him but before she can do that, porter takes refuge in military base. Lady arrives at the bridge with Proteus blocking her way and then we see lightning striking Proteus which changes his face into something twisted. We don't know why that happen but maybe we will find in some other video. In this video we see some abounded engines on the entrance to the forest who were probably killed by lady because she does not like them one bit and at the standing stones dig site later we see once again that glowing red monster but we don't know what he looks like. After Percy removes those engines from the siding during the storm, he is told to investigate that siding however Lady has noticed that earlier and once he enters the forest he is abducted by Lady. Maybe one day Percy will be discoverd but it will be too late. For me the format of all these parts reminds me a bit of Shed 17, but unlike shed 17 where Thomas discovers he was a clone, here he will have to confront Lady himself or with Diesel 10 which he is probably working for the military. Still we have a lot of questions: 1. What really is that glowing red monster ? 2. Is Lady the product of that glowing red monster by somehow entering a mineshaft on Thomas's branchline out of curiosity ? 3. Is the magic railroad a place where all the souls are trapped ? 4. What's the role of that female character which had escaped from the mirror ? 5. What happen to Proteus ? 6. Why does every engine follow that strange red light ?
Im now balling my eyes out, because percy is gone, and rosie said he looked dirty, which could mean one thing, he was taken... And Toby's death didnt help either, i have actual tears falling from my face

Oliver face just gets creepier every time in some parts of these videos. But good catch dude. I'm just ready to come down to end this evil that's lady is doing by kidnapping half of the sodor engines.
This was cool! Were you were inspired by actuall missing 411 cases? Because it is really unsetling and nysterious like all 411 cases. Toby being discovered where he was not supposed to be, Percy being spotted at random locations with missing or dead engines. Maybe another engine will claim he or she was running away from something in the rain but the engine is dry and there was no rain the previous night, similar to 411 cases. I like the world building. I like how the Peel Godred locomotives are named after mountains and other sites on sodor. Culdee's wisdom. Godred has a very interesting character. He is very different from his normal potrayal and he seems to know about Percy's dissapearance before anyone else. Somehow he was on mainline track talking to Percy in Rosie's photo? I wonder what Culdee will say about that. Lady is weird as hell. Magic buffers might be a thing. Proteus still remains a mystery along with that entire plot. Those dam lorries are still there. Overall this was a blast of a story. The downside is that the audio is hard to understand or hear because of the background noise like puffing or music which makes it hard to hear what characters are saying and their tone. That scene in the cavern is also pretty hard to see. This was cool and I'm excited for more installments! Truly a unique Thomas series.
This was great, but the only thing I think needs improvement is the dialogue volume because I can barely hear the characters talking over music or other sounds, but other than that, this series is great!

Loving the series. The story is going well, with many questions to make sure it's gripping. The one thing I have to say is that the audio quality/mix seems to be off. The voice work isn't a problem, but there are plenty of times where the ambient sounds or the music plays over the voices, making it hard to listen to and understand. If this is done on purpose, then keep at it (even if I don't understand it). But other than that, beautiful series and hope you continue with it!

I'm still watching it currently, and so far it's awesome, i just hope that there are no Jump scares coming in this. Because then i can't forget about it for weeks during rhe night

Why do I feel like if Lady is killed, the others could come back to life or something. Idk. Maybe it's not like that. But damn, using metal detectors to understand if an engine is real or not, that's really smart. From what I heard from another comment, Toby is confirmed to be dead, which super sad. Mostly for me. He's my favourite😢. As this is getting really long, I need to say the main thing I wanted to. This is a great series and I may have been inspired to write my on story. I really like Lady being evil. I mean I was ALWAYS was going to have it that way and 10 be the good one. I just don't like her. So I have her as a demon in my story too. Sorry, as THE Devil. Hope you read this Daylight 3!

Wait if we put everything together then jazzy is lady. Percy is probably dead. Godred visited Thomas to warn him make him relies his mistakes. And Rosie has very useful information. This is a very long story. I like it.
Theory: Lady used the standing stones to Help her move herself and the engines she is controlling around the woods and island. In “James and the New Engine,” During the Montage of James and Arthur running through the woods, we see the Standing stones in the background. We also see all of the taken engines husks in one place. This means that lady clearly had something out for James and Arthur. Another theory of mine is that Emily was also taken because she was supposed to help Arthur with the special mail train, but she was never seen with him pulling the train.
Very good all around, though the night time lighting is almost impossible for me to see anything, personally. This kind of feels like a finale, in a way. That ending credit scene wrapping some things up while leaving the rest a mystery. Will there be more, or is this It?
Are you going to do a finally to the series. If you are I think you should bring all the engines that have been possessed back from the dead and do like a thing to they either win and get them back or they lose and lady takes them down too
Wow!!! 🤯The end pages are just..... out there, somewhere! It's creepy stuff! You and your friends/helpers should look at doing another chapter with this theme. Perhaps you could set it a year or two later? The mystery needs to be resolved, somehow...
Maybe Diesel 10 was trying to do a good thing before it’s too late (trying to finish off lady so nobody else was killed or found deceased) IF we think Lady is the antagonist of this story.

Suffering, worship, simple greed? What "long and inhuman" thing did Rosie see? Some kind of ShyGuy/Rake figure maybe? So many questions, so few answers, both the best and most painful part of the series.
Definitely keep on this, as there is a lot of good things so far, and plenty of potential to be even better.

So we have:
1. Glowing red monster
2. Lady
3. Military
The glowing red monster was first seen in the video Henry's forest after Molly had crashed. Later when Class 40 Bowler and Henry met in the forest they both saw red glow in the forest, Henry reversed backwards whilst Bowler derailed and was later killed by that same light. Few minutes later the glowing red light came to henry but due to feeling tired he fell asleep and ignore it.
In the video Missing 411 we see both Gordon and Oliver being possesd by Lady and entering in the glowing mineshaft on Thomas's branchline and once they got in the red light disappears. In the episode The Ffarquar Siren during the beginning we see Toad slowly sliding behind line of trucks at the Scrapyard. Later we see that Lady is not just a engine but a human as well who turn anyone else that she suspects into truck or kill. She notices that one porter begins to question her role in all of this so she decides to eliminate him but before she can do that, porter takes refuge in military base. Lady arrives at the bridge with Proteus blocking her way and then we see lightning striking Proteus which changes his face into something twisted. We don't know why that happen but maybe we will find in some other video.
In this video we see some abounded engines on the entrance to the forest who were probably killed by lady because she does not like them one bit and at the standing stones dig site later we see once again that glowing red monster but we don't know what he looks like. After Percy removes those engines from the siding during the storm, he is told to investigate that siding however Lady has noticed that earlier and once he enters the forest he is abducted by Lady. Maybe one day Percy will be discoverd but it will be too late. For me the format of all these parts reminds me a bit of Shed 17, but unlike shed 17 where Thomas discovers he was a clone, here he will have to confront Lady himself or with Diesel 10 which he is probably working for the military. Still we have a lot of questions:
1. What really is that glowing red monster ?
2. Is Lady the product of that glowing red monster by somehow entering a mineshaft on Thomas's branchline out of curiosity ?
3. Is the magic railroad a place where all the souls are trapped ?
4. What's the role of that female character which had escaped from the mirror ?
5. What happen to Proteus ?
6. Why does every engine follow that strange red light ?
The role of the mirror is lapis and she’s not an antagonist (that’s what I think so far)
Im now balling my eyes out, because percy is gone, and rosie said he looked dirty, which could mean one thing, he was taken... And Toby's death didnt help either, i have actual tears falling from my face
The mystery deepens further.
Percy, decived, Toby dead, and Lady at the center of it all. What's going on?
I don't know, but there is one good side to it. Diesel 10 is a good guy in this story.

Oliver face just gets creepier every time in some parts of these videos. But good catch dude. I'm just ready to come down to end this evil that's lady is doing by kidnapping half of the sodor engines.
This was cool! Were you were inspired by actuall missing 411 cases? Because it is really unsetling and nysterious like all 411 cases. Toby being discovered where he was not supposed to be, Percy being spotted at random locations with missing or dead engines. Maybe another engine will claim he or she was running away from something in the rain but the engine is dry and there was no rain the previous night, similar to 411 cases.
I like the world building. I like how the Peel Godred locomotives are named after mountains and other sites on sodor. Culdee's wisdom.
Godred has a very interesting character. He is very different from his normal potrayal and he seems to know about Percy's dissapearance before anyone else. Somehow he was on mainline track talking to Percy in Rosie's photo? I wonder what Culdee will say about that. Lady is weird as hell. Magic buffers might be a thing. Proteus still remains a mystery along with that entire plot. Those dam lorries are still there. Overall this was a blast of a story.
The downside is that the audio is hard to understand or hear because of the background noise like puffing or music which makes it hard to hear what characters are saying and their tone. That scene in the cavern is also pretty hard to see.
This was cool and I'm excited for more installments! Truly a unique Thomas series.

This was great, but the only thing I think needs improvement is the dialogue volume because I can barely hear the characters talking over music or other sounds, but other than that, this series is great!

Loving the series. The story is going well, with many questions to make sure it's gripping. The one thing I have to say is that the audio quality/mix seems to be off. The voice work isn't a problem, but there are plenty of times where the ambient sounds or the music plays over the voices, making it hard to listen to and understand. If this is done on purpose, then keep at it (even if I don't understand it). But other than that, beautiful series and hope you continue with it!
I'm a big fan of Lady, but this is a creative reimagining of Lady.

As this is getting really long, I need to say the main thing I wanted to. This is a great series and I may have been inspired to write my on story. I really like Lady being evil. I mean I was ALWAYS was going to have it that way and 10 be the good one. I just don't like her. So I have her as a demon in my story too. Sorry, as THE Devil.

Ok so from what I can tell, this is some sort of TTTE horror cinematic universe, and reverend Awdry is the Nick Furry of this universe.
Wait if we put everything together then jazzy is lady. Percy is probably dead. Godred visited Thomas to warn him make him relies his mistakes. And Rosie has very useful information. This is a very long story. I like it.
It all makes sense now.

Theory: Lady used the standing stones to Help her move herself and the engines she is controlling around the woods and island. In “James and the New Engine,” During the Montage of James and Arthur running through the woods, we see the Standing stones in the background. We also see all of the taken engines husks in one place. This means that lady clearly had something out for James and Arthur. Another theory of mine is that Emily was also taken because she was supposed to help Arthur with the special mail train, but she was never seen with him pulling the train.

Very good all around, though the night time lighting is almost impossible for me to see anything, personally. This kind of feels like a finale, in a way. That ending credit scene wrapping some things up while leaving the rest a mystery. Will there be more, or is this It?
