@@NeeratiKanishk tell me you never read the books without telling me you never read the books. moiraine wasn't severed from the Source at the end of book one, that didn't happen until book 7 and it wasn't "the dark one" that did it, she did it to herself pushing lanfear through the portal to the realm of the snakes and the foxes while fighting her for an an'greal. so many things were changed from the books, they flat out did my boy matt cauthon just terrible wrong, and perrin as well. utterly twisted the story.
Really cool. Fan version of episode 8 should have been themed around this Awaken-theme! 1. Rand thinks Eg is on top of the tower, falls into Ishy's trap there. Gets shielded and defiantly draws his sword - Ishy laughs. 2. Nynaeve and Elayne frees Eg from the kennels and they flee to the harbor. Eg sees the ships and tells Elayne to link - Elayne does and Eg draws massive power - she sais "we will NOT be captured". 3. Perrin sees the Hopper ascent vision. 4. Mat faces the group of Sanchean. 5. Ishy projects Rand into the sky to announce the Dragon Reborn dying. Rand is stabbed by Ishy - quickly cut to Mat blowing the horn - time freezes. Awaken... 1. Heroes appear and attack 2. Perrin kills Bornhald 3. Eg destroys the ships, using the same weave that burned the tree. Nynaeve creates a shield of air to protect Eg from her own and damane fire hurled from the ships 4. Rand is unshielded and kills Ishy with a mix of raw power, surprise and the sword 5. Moiraine looks at a surreal image of Falme in the distance, fog over the city, fire over the sea, and a vision of Rand dissolving in the sky, she recites the prophecy to Lan
The separation and the suffer they been through made them stronger and powerful . Most of the time it is easier to manipulate and deceive them into wrong path . I hope all of them stay united .
this edit captures the show's trajectory and how it felt watching this season. and an adit that features everyone's storyline is hard to capture in such a short time but this was amazing.
It's not just Moiraine, everyones weaves used to be generic white but they have much more variance now. They made it more sophististicated and now weaves reflect their nature, for instance red represents fire etc. It makes them feel more complex and sensible. An excellent change in my opinion.
@@jerrymorrell6926 When they weave they draw elements from the environment (from ground - brownish, from torch fire - red etc. ) if you are looking for specific individual differences, Moiraine's weaves are straight, calm. Rand's, in contrast, is chaotic because he hasn't mastered it. Forsaken also have distinctive weaving patterns. They are very precise, decisive and you can feel their sheer power when you see how effortlessly they wield it.

I love Egwene's connection to the wind/air. Like it just flows so nicely from season 1 and shows her improvement since finding out she can channel
