if anyone is having problems with the screen showing to connect your apple mouse and keyboard, shutdown the vm and enable usb3.0 in the settings. worked fine for me after that
This saved me out of misery :D
Thank you!
Thanks bro, it is working for me as well.
That worked for me too! This comment should get pinned
i had the same problem, but the reason was that i installed a diffrent iso mac,so far i got no problems except that its a bit slow, moving like 30 fps or lower
Absolute legend
ngl this video was actually goated, when you mentioned the requirements I googled how to turn off hyperv and all those others and when I unpaused I found out you showed us how to do that, this is the perfect tutorial as it explains everything needs, defo subscribing and looking into some other tutorials!
I'm glad the tutorial covered everything you needed, and it's great to hear that you found the section on turning off Hyper-V helpful. Your support means a lot-welcome to the channel! If you have any other topics you'd like to see covered or questions, feel free to let me know.
How do I change disc space on the virtual disc I made?
@@Skeleton_BITE most likely you cannot. You would have to create a whole new VM and do it again.
does imessage work for yall? mine just says an unknown error occurred after buffering for about 2 minutes

Worked like a charm
I used everything that you detailed here, except I user Mac OS Ventura version.
After initially trying the install, the OS was not recognizing the mouse, and hung on Install. So I changed settings to USB to 3.0 from 2.0 and install worked perfectly
👍👍👍👍
Glad it worked for you! Great catch with switching the USB to 3.0; that often helps with compatibility on newer macOS versions like Ventura. Thanks for sharing the tip-it could definitely help others with similar setups!
Heyy....can you suggest any other sources for iso file download? The internet archive one mentioned in the vid is down for few days idek why😭😭😭 or maybe if u still have the iso file is there any way you code send it to me🙃
@@5octavepianist481 Torrent Download worked fine for me, the iso file was downloading with only 100KB/s so I tried Torrent download and it downloaded the file in 3 minutes
Thank you so much, I was about to start troubleshooting, but this comment solved the exact problem I had. Cheers :)
I did it like how you describe but I got stuck in recovery mode. I have installed Mac Ventura into the virtual disk already but mac won't go to the next screen. Do you how to fix this?
This is a great video. I had problems with a continuous boot loop. I found several posts that said to drop the processors down to two. It worked! After the initial boot and setup, you can go back and increase the processors.
Amazing. Done and done- changing the processor to 2 cores definitely helps. Thanks for the video @TechWise. Thanks to all the commenters here as well!
Awesome! Happy to hear it worked. 👍
Hello can i asked about your experience, the temperature and any delayed when using macos on the windows computer?
Nothing worked for me until I followed this video!!! You're a GOAT
Everything worked! Thank you so much! Doing Python course, so I wanted to learn W and Mac same time. Thanks to you I can. Priceless!
You're welcome, Good luck with your course!
This is one of the best RUclips tutorials I've ever seen and I've seen a bunch!! Everything you need and nothing more or less. Thank you so much!

You cant use virtual box 7.1 because it has 3d acceleration issues so make sure you guys downgrade to 7.0X

Thanks for the feedback! Glad it worked well on macOS Sonoma.
where can I get the iso?
@@papcurry It's in the video's description's box.
@@TechWise2022@paulovitor The site says item not available please give us another reliable source😭😭 or could you uk share the Sonoma iso file somehow🙃
Thank you for sharing the step-by-step guide :), my VBox crashed yesterday so I had to do everthing again.
Noticed that 7.1.+ version has a bug that could not enable 3D Acceleration so re-installed to 7.0.+ version. If you encountered the same installation issue, disable HyperX NGenuity before install VBox. Initially I assigned half of my RAM -> 16GB and half of my cores -> 6, that kept stuck at EFI errors. Then I reduced to 8GB and 2 cores did help to get into that installation page.
Will see if this works.
Awesome Tutorial! This is the only method that has ever worked for me before, Thank You!
Thanks! I'm glad it worked for you. 😊
This is very details and awesome presentation.... I did not face a single issue and completed the setup. Thank you so much.

Wow - You are the man. I have tried a bunch of unsuccessful ways in the past and yours worked perfectly. thanks
Thanks a lot! I'm really glad it worked out for you. It's always great to hear that my method made a difference.
@@TechWise2022 BTW - Any idea how to get the Webcam to work? I have tried USB 2, USB3, reserving it, and adding it from the devices drop down. USB3 usually crashes the VM the others either give a black video or webcam not found. It usually errors on the side and says busy. Thanks
Super legit, thanks!! One helpful piece of info. Right now, the current version of Virtual Box doesn't seem to work with this tutorial. Something to do with 3d Acceleration. So I installed the version of Virtual Box he uses in the tutorial instead and everything worked great. Hopefully VB will get the new version working, but if it is giving you issues then that's an easy work around.
Thank you for sharing this info!
@@TechWise2022 I have the same problem too... Maybe we should report this serious anomaly to Virtualbox (not using 3d acceleration I imagine there are many limitations in the graphics)

Very easy to follow and worked great! Very smooth process. Thank you!
So glad it worked for you! Thanks for watching and for the great feedback! 😊
Thank you! This is the best tutorial I've come across this December.
You're very welcome! I'm thrilled to hear that you found the tutorial helpful! :)
Very good guide bro thanks for the video but how do I make all the office programs have all their functions enabled?
And if it is certain that it is there, I will look for it on other pages.
I named it because it was the one that worked for me, but it would be good if you did your own research to convince yourself.
I will do that, thank you

Initially I had some trouble but I ended up removing VirtualBox 7.1 and installing ver 7.0.20 and it worked like a charm!!! THANK YOU!
Seems I spoke too soon, while at the very end of the install, right where the installation is down to maybe five minutes it goes to a loop. I tried putting the cpu down to one and it still loops.

Thanks a lot. You just saved me a lot of stress.
Glad to help!
Didn't try it out yet, but the video looked very helpful!
Thanks!
Thanks a lot for this Techwise! In my case, despite of always opening an elevated command prompt, it seems that only after I added myself to the local admins group, were the patches effective. I realised this when trying to install the Extension Pack and getting an error in Virtual Box. Before running the patches, I also had to manually register the VM with VBoxManage registervm "C:\path\to\yourvm.vbox" otherwise it was not found when running the commands. I never had to disable Hyper-V for running Linux VMs in Virtual Box, so I tried two times and never got to the Select Country & Region screen. So I disabled it, and only then the installation was successful. Now time to play and when done see whether my Hyper-V Windows Server Domain Controller and Client VMs survive this macOS adventure. For info, the .iso download was slow but successful after about 3 hours. Cheers guys!
Thanks for sharing your experience! It sounds like you had quite the journey to get everything working. Glad to hear you finally got it up and running! 😊
@@TechWise2022 Thank you! I wanted to ask you if enabling FileVault manually and also via Intune policy does also make your VMs unbootable. I get error "failed to unwrap volume key"

@@TechWise2022 I followed step by step and everything is working great. Thanks alot man.
11:10 I recommend not doing that unless it's frozen. "Power off the machine" is a hard power off i.e. equivalent to pulling the plug or switching it off at the wall. For a normal shutdown select "Send the shutdown signal", or "ACPI Shutdown" from the machine menu, or shut it down from inside the OS.
Simply amazing stuff

How Can I get Universal Clipboard working with this metod?
Absolutely brilliant! Congrats! Only issue is it says my graphics card doesn't support 3D acceleration so I had to deselect that. Bit weird as this is an iGPU AMD 680M so definitely supports 3D no issues.
