Love your channel. Please keep doing more videos. 5yrs of medical school never met a professor who explained things this clearly.

I have brown syndrome that spontaneously came about around 3 years ago with no history of head trauma, I still have no answers as to why my eye is like this even after seeing many many specialists and ruling out many causes. I have normal plain of vision with no correcting head tilt and so I was not offered any solutions either.

Hey! I have brown syndrome, and when I was four, I woke up with my left eye completely rolled into the back of my head, my mom said you could pretty much only see the white part of my eye! Is the pain you experienced similar to that?

I have brown syndrome, and if I look a certain direction for a few seconds I have a bad pain in my eye and a headache.

i didnt understand why superior oblique is involved . elevation is mainly with inferior oblique right ?

I'll try to answer this: it's because the SO is restricted mechanically. When you isolate that muscle by putting the eye in adduction, if it can't elevate it's either SO or IO. But if the FDT is positive you know it's mechanical aka SO. If negative then IO.
