During the cool down you talked about taking the caloric information on our devices with a grain of salt. I appreciate that you no longer list calories burned front and center. Everyone is so different! I feel like listing that info can just be discouraging.

It’s been a while since I’ve done an one hour workout now I did again and it was amazing and challenging. Love the low impact cardio moves to switch to the strength excercises.😅 I feel great after and had a great time too with this hour ⏱ workout. Even if you split it up into 30/35 segments you can still get a great workout. So anyone reading this if you think it is to long for that day you can do that and still be satisfied !!! Just a tip for anyone who doesn’t have time or feels intimidated by the long workout - each one of these was SUPER intense on its own, and I didn’t feel like I was cutting anything short! Thanks, Tracy!! ❤️
This workout was amazing! I was sweating profusely throughout. I thought it would be easier with the low impact, ha! Don't let the low impact fool you. My heart rate was up the entire time. I burned 675 calories with this workout. Loved it!

That was fantastic! Tracy, you really should take the no repeats out of the title! I almost skipped by this, as i do ALL of your no repeats when strength is involved. I totally understand why you do sooooo many of them as most of your viewers love them, but TO ME no repeat strength is a waste of time. Anyway, thanks for this fantastic workout :)

Wow I’m 60 and this was a great workout! I thought it might be impossible for me to keep up but I mostly did. Also I’m one of those with a lower resting heart rate so my watch says 460 cal not even close to your almost 600. BUT I know I worked hard and sweat like crazy and kept a good heart rate going! So ya cal burned must be different for everyone. So thanks I LOVED THIS ONE!!
