    It’s beginning to feel like fall and I finally did this older fall vortex 😂! It was fabulous! I love the longer vortex workouts! Next time you should do no repeat cardio moves! During the cool down you talked about taking the caloric information on our devices with a grain of salt. I appreciate that you no longer list calories burned front and center. Everyone is so different! I feel like listing that info can just be discouraging.

    Great fall vortex cardio strength total body workout. The excercises are intense, challenging and powerful.
    It’s been a while since I’ve done an one hour workout now I did again and it was amazing and challenging.
    Love the low impact cardio moves to switch to the strength excercises.😅
    I feel great after and had a great time too with this hour ⏱ workout.
    Your talk at the end was useful and thoughtful. ❤️

    Oh WOW! 😚😤This was a real challenging workour but as you know I am a true lover of your vortex workouts so I loved this one. Even if you split it up into 30/35 segments you can still get a great workout. So anyone reading this if you think it is to long for that day you can do that and still be satisfied !!! Thank you Tracy!

    This was definitely one of my favorite workouts! Loved the progressive overload and tried to go up in weight each round. Really feel like I got a good burn. Loved it! Thanks Tracy!!☺

    I always know I'm in for a good one with these Vortex workouts! 👍I saved this one for my Saturday morning (when I have more time and energy!), and what a great start to my weekend 😁. It was a long workout, but it seemed to go by so fast because it was so fun and challenging. As always, I love the combo of strength and cardio, and Vortex is such a fun format! Thanks Tracy ❤

    Loved this so much! I didn’t have time to do the full workout on Friday, so I broke it into two: cardio-strength-cardio then and strength-cardio-strength today. About 40 min each. Just a tip for anyone who doesn’t have time or feels intimidated by the long workout - each one of these was SUPER intense on its own, and I didn’t feel like I was cutting anything short! Thanks, Tracy!! ❤️

    This workout was amazing! I was sweating profusely throughout. I thought it would be easier with the low impact, ha! Don't let the low impact fool you. My heart rate was up the entire time. I burned 675 calories with this workout. Loved it!

    Whew! That was hard, and it was cardio for me the whole time. I would never work this hard on y own (well, except on my every other day long, hilly bike rides). Tracy, thank you, thank you. You are helping 1,000’s of us to keep strong and healthy.

    That was fantastic! Tracy, you really should take the no repeats out of the title! I almost skipped by this, as i do ALL of your no repeats when strength is involved. I totally understand why you do sooooo many of them as most of your viewers love them, but TO ME no repeat strength is a waste of time. Anyway, thanks for this fantastic workout :)

    Wow I’m 60 and this was a great workout! I thought it might be impossible for me to keep up but I mostly did. Also I’m one of those with a lower resting heart rate so my watch says 460 cal not even close to your almost 600. BUT I know I worked hard and sweat like crazy and kept a good heart rate going! So ya cal burned must be different for everyone. So thanks I LOVED THIS ONE!!

    Had this actually been a no repeat, i can assure you i wouldnt have done it. Not sure what you think you put out today, but this workout (fall vortex) was in fact 3 rounds of each.

    The leaves are swirling here, so today was the day for the Fall Vortex for me 💪🏼. I was a sweaty mess at the end of the first circuit! Really tested my endurance and calorie burn was through the roof. Thanks for your constant dedication to your followers and FANS. 🫶🏻❌⭕️
