Sorry I do not know about Mati-ong, however I found some explanation online which I think sounds close - Quoting Wikipedia: Ong is a Hokkien romanization of several Chinese surnames: 王 (Wáng in Hanyu Pinyin), 汪 (also Wāng), 黃 (traditional) or 黄 (simplified; Huáng); and 翁 (Weng). If your family comes from Fujian in southeastern China it would make sense. But you also mentioned you're not sure if you have a Chinese blood...
Hello Reagan! In fact as a native Chinese, I've never heard of Prayogo as a Chinese last name. I looked it up online, turns out it is a common last name found among Overseas Chinese communities. As it is the transliteration of several different Chinese surnames (吴, 伍, 武, 乌, 仵, 邬), you might need to ask your parents or grandparents to know which one it stands for in your family name.
