Exactly. The Chili's chicken crispers (the beer battered looking ones) are only good as soon as they've been fried. Sometimes the customers don't even get to taste them crispy...when they go soft they're trash.

12 or so years ago we had to move my grandma into assisted living because she had rapidly advancing dimentia. We took her one day as a family to Chili‘s and they were advertising the Quesadilla Explosion Salad so that‘s what she ordered because she was in a phase where she read every sign she saw. After ordering it, the whole night she would just randomly say „Explosion!“ and laugh and it made this a very memorable salad for me.

Keith is amazing and everything. That doesn’t need to be said for the billionth time, but the regular guests on the show; Jared, Ryan, Bwow, lewberger, etc. They’re all soooo amazing! I love them all!
Why am I obsessed with watching these XD, I will turn it on while eating a meal and it helps me finish my meal without over thinking (I am recovering from anorexia) and it makes me feel not alone when eating and get a laugh from Keith's humor
As someone who basically dies every time they eat cheese, Eat the Menu always impresses me with who Keith just pushes through the dairy-heavy products.
I worked there for literally only 4 months and that was enough for me to leave. I was just a hostess so I never got to experience the food in its full so this was interesting.

For Keith: As a native Wisconsinite I have to say if you try Culver’s try it in Wisconsin. I recently moved out of state and Culver’s doesn’t hit the same. Went back to Wisconsin, had Culver’s and was not disappointed

I love watching eat the menu when I'm sick because Keith has a voice that just helps me mellow out for some reason, it's just nice and sweet even if he is very chaotic. Plus i can close my eyes and just relax while he spirals into madness, I don't feel alone in my feverish delusion.

As an ex-Chili’s employee, I will say most things taste best straight out of the kitchen. Also I had a single drop of Santa Fe sauce once and my mouth burned for about 20 min (I’m also very sensitive to spice tho) ALSO it’s a Texan restaurant OF COURSE there’s no beans in our chili.
Inadvertently Keith is giving the average lazy consumer of fast foods insight into which items to get when ordering from a food delivery app. What is edible cold, what travels well, and what items need avoiding.
Why does consuming fast food automatically make you lazy? As a college student, delivery has saved me on multiple occasions when I'm short on time and need to study
I have a lot of issues with stomach lining and acid production, so something I just straight vomit shortly after eating and the food is....much more in tact than it should be. I should chew more.

As someone who has never been to Chili's or the US southwest, this menu is a trip. Why is there queso that looks like meat? Why are there egg rolls? Why is there fruit in the chicken salad? Is that really spicy balsamic? Why does that double burger look like a catcher's mitt?
The only question I can answer is that the queso has beef and spices in it, which likely change the color, but I couldn't tell you anything beyond that. The chili's menu doesn't even say what's in Chili's skillet queso lol

I love watching eat the menu when I'm sick because Keith has a voice that just helps me mellow out for some reason, it's just nice and sweet even if he is very chaotic. Plus i can close my eyes and just relax while he spirals into madness, I don't feel alone in my feverish delusion.

As someone who has never been to Chili's or the US southwest, this menu is a trip. Why is there queso that looks like meat? Why are there egg rolls? Why is there fruit in the chicken salad? Is that really spicy balsamic? Why does that double burger look like a catcher's mitt?
The only question I can answer is that the queso has beef and spices in it, which likely change the color, but I couldn't tell you anything beyond that. The chili's menu doesn't even say what's in Chili's skillet queso lol
Just melt a block of Velveeta and toss in a can of Hormel chili no beans. BOOM queso
it looks like it's meat because it literally has meat in it.. it's basically chili and melted cheese
