    This was super helpful, but just a note, you left out a methyl group that was originally on the R group of the carboxylic acid during the tetrahedral formation step. Thanks for posting this.

    I love organic chemistry when it's taught well. May God bless your works so you help many students out. Keep it up, you can be like the Organic chem tutor I know it. Advice will be to start making videos with more examples but don't change your techniques.

    THANKS a lot ! My guess is that the EDC/NHS aktivatoin ist similer? the main reactiv group is the same R1-N=C=N-R2
