great thing that you comment so sincere on this story, but never talk about it that it is unfortunate for him. He threatened to kill some people, he should never be allowed into a pro league like the NBA. The NCAA shouldn't want anything to do with him and I hope his basket career is over before it begins like it should for every man who does something like this.

As a young black man I do not feel sorry for him. This dude had the privilege of being raised by his father and mother living in a stable environment and community. This dude had a rolls Royce in highschool and yet he still wants to act hard? NBA Youngboy Syndrome while living in the suburbs and having elite opportunities. As black people we need to stop feeling sorry for our brothas and sistas who behave like this while living in stable environments it’s not cute and it’s keeping us backwards. We have to hold ourselves up with respect and dignity before we demand people to see us as so. I don’t want to hear it it’s 2023 not 1992 we have had plenty of time throughout the decades sending the message that we can’t keep bringing the hood and gamgsta lifestyles in to our next generations. No excuses, none.

This is such an embarrassing way for a talented athlete to go out. Unlike actual reasons like an injury (Greg oden) or mental anxiety to perform at the top level with your peers and not being able to perform (bojan of Barcelona) this is literally something you completely control on your own. You voluntarily subject yourself to owning a gun and getting into trouble. Probably sprinkle in a little bit of thinking he’s made it and he’s better than everyone else so he’s above everyone. It’s very unlikely he didn’t do what he’s being accused of since he’s dumb enough to think he could get away being stupid.

Bruh all he has to do is hire private security. You think somebody would even risk trying to run up in Drake's house? Heck no. He got them crazy ex-military and mercenaries guarding him. Nobody's laying a finger on those type of dudes. He's not as rich as Drake, but I'm sure he could swing however much private security costs. He has a mansion afterall. Once you're a rich public figure like that, there has to be a change in how you move. Otherwise you end up like Pop Smoke, Lil Snupe, or Mikey Williams.

Well have to wait and see ultimately.
That's what he says his lawyer said. Our boy at the beginning of the video said he shot at the car while they were leaving, which wouldn't be self defense. Not to mention you can't fire a gun and claim you didn't intend to kill someone lmaoooo.
His only saving grace is the lack of witnesses and direct evidence that he was the one that fired the shots - just statements that he was making threatening statements and armed.

It doesn’t work like that genius. Even if those were his intentions the crime is “shooting into an occupied vehicle” which comes with many years in prison. Plus gun possession. You can Google what are the mandatory minimums under California law and add it all up. I bet it’s a lot of years.

no cameras at the crib? big ass house for there to be no cameras. Also if Im the jury, Im taking everything these kids say with a grain of salt. Kids don't even know what they ate for breakfast nevermind recalling an entire night where they were probably there to party. I don't doubt the ego this kid got from the attention led him to think hes untouchable but with that, comes a lot of jealousy from the kids around him too. Maybe some people here are scheming and maybe he did defend himself. Guess we'll nver know

    • @CaliKid1098

That was my thought too. Maybe these other kids wanted to start trouble just showing up to his home and not leaving after being told yeah I definitely got the vibes they were up to something. I think I speak for many people when I say anybody would be mad as hell if someone just showed up on their property and refused to leave, but wouldn’t go as far as shooting as they were finally leaving. Also another thing that came to my mind, bro is living in a home worth millions but no cameras around the house at all? Don’t want seem like I’m thinking too hard about this case but it was a thought I had too. As you said though we may never really know

At least it happened before he got into the nba so he'll actually have a chance to get the punishment he deserves. Miles bridges got a slap on the wrist for giving his wife an insane beating on front of their kids. They both deserve prison.
