Yes, but since you're removing a wet ingredient, the batter will be a bit thicker, so maybe you'll need to add more yogurt. I think 1/4 cup more will be fine, but you can add more yogurt if your batter is too thick. Just make sure it won't be too thin, or the chocolate chips will sink to the bottom. 😊
Lots of coeliacs cannot eat oats, even the special oats. In Australia, oats cannot be called gluten free regardless of how they are produced. I am one of those coeliacs who cannot eat them. They make me feel sick.

Most people with celiac disease can eat certified gluten-free oats while some people are still sensitive to it. 😟 But a lot of people just removed gluten from their diets, even though they're not celiac (in this case there's no problem with contamination).
Hi. I was using your recipe and my muffins were so dry. The consistency of the batter was so thick not like yours. I think it lacks liquid or eggs. 😕 To those whose result are like mine, tru using 4 eggs not just two

I think you can use flax / chia eggs!! you just need to combine 1 tbsp of ground seed with 3 tbsp of water and let it rest :)

In this recipe, the baking powder helps the muffins to rise. They won't be so soft and fluffy if you skip this ingredient.
