Literally my ONLY complaint is how vague the source of living matter worm is like its very ambiguous to what that even is but perhaps that's also the point. Either way last chapter made me cry like a baby so I am both excited and terrified as well

My problem with the past few chapters was just how quickly Zeke's problematic views became resolved. It basically just boiled down to Armin telling him to forget his ambition and tells him "Ayo life is cool." So yeah. That was kinda meh. But instead have faith in Isayama.

It's not like he was cool with Eren wiping out everyone else so this was kind of the next best thing for him, at least he stopped the potential bloodshed even if he didn't wipe out the Eldians he still saved people.
Pre ending announced: I'll never believe Eren to be a villain. He had his reasons for everything, and it makes me so sad people who claim to watch the show and are deep fans don't see that. He's not the antagonist, never will be. I stand by Eren, I stand by freedom

The imagery when Eren is leading the rumbling was some of the most deeply unsettling imagery I've seen in a very long time. Just seeing what the 9 year old boy we met in the beginning become that horrific monster was tragic and unsettling in ways I find hard to explain. My man just wanted some freedom...

He wanted to kill them all not just because they were monsters but because they deprived him and his people of being free, it’s all he talked about to a psychotic degree, but once he realized that the titans were also just victims of the real things aka people keeping him and his loved ones from being free from this hell and that they in fact want to wipe his race from the Earth well then now it’s not killing all the titans for freedom it’s killing all the people who wish to see his race destroyed. His goal has always been to eradicate those who deny him freedom, the only thing that changed is what that thing he needed to eradicate was.
If Eren didn’t do what he did in s4 all of the characters we’ve come to love would have been killed, Willy was uniting the world to declare war whether Eren was under that stage or sitting on Paradis drinking tea with Levi.

But that’s sort of the point, it’s not supposed to feel like those triumphant times of S3 where Levi takes out the evil beast titan and they finally find the truth, this is just an all out war between people with no clear hero’s or villains and now we are at a point where Eren’s goals differ from his friends as he feels like they all have no plan of action and they are now out of time, and he is 100% correct about all of that. He’s backed into a corner and doing what he feels is the only thing he can do to ensure his people live

The shockwave made you fall onto the nearest rooftop and the view displaying in front of you is something you’d never see in your scrariest nightmares. The walls that surrounded the city had started to fall and a huge, roaring figure of a titan begun to form in the souther part of the town. The shock and awe of the scenery has made you lost for words. Then, the terrifying scene of the battle has dissapeard. All you could see was blue-ish sand everywhere and a weird but beautifull light somewhere where the horizon would normally be. You gasp in surprise. The blue dessert fades away, but as suddenly as before, it comes back. You look around and you can see your friend and hundreds of other people you’ve never saw in your life, all wearing the same expression of fear and surprise as you. Then you hear a man’s voice. You knew that voice very well, but it didn’t make you happy to hear words from your friend. „All the walls of Paradais island had fallen and all of the titans trapped inside of them had begun their pace. They won’t stop until all the life outside of the island will be trampled completly”
These tracks make me feel somewhat melancholic because it's starting to hit me that the final chapter is in a few weeks. It's been 12 years of the manga, I started reading around the end of 2015. It's been a quite a journey and I have been a part of so many communities because of it. This is beautiful, thank you for being a part of that journey

Then again I saw Akiras inspiration in Evangelion so at the time of Evangelion finishing up people would be saying the same as you just switch AoT with Eva and Eva with Akira.

The shockwave made you fall onto the nearest rooftop and the view displaying in front of you is something you’d never see in your scrariest nightmares. The walls that surrounded the city had started to fall and a huge, roaring figure of a titan begun to form in the souther part of the town. The shock and awe of the scenery has made you lost for words. Then, the terrifying scene of the battle has dissapeard. All you could see was blue-ish sand everywhere and a weird but beautifull light somewhere where the horizon would normally be. You gasp in surprise. The blue dessert fades away, but as suddenly as before, it comes back. You look around and you can see your friend and hundreds of other people you’ve never saw in your life, all wearing the same expression of fear and surprise as you. Then you hear a man’s voice. You knew that voice very well, but it didn’t make you happy to hear words from your friend.
„All the walls of Paradais island had fallen and all of the titans trapped inside of them had begun their pace. They won’t stop until all the life outside of the island will be trampled completly”

These tracks make me feel somewhat melancholic because it's starting to hit me that the final chapter is in a few weeks. It's been 12 years of the manga, I started reading around the end of 2015. It's been a quite a journey and I have been a part of so many communities because of it. This is beautiful, thank you for being a part of that journey
