Good overview, but I can't get the watch to show the time, or control the face. In other words, I cannot get to step One of your video. I have the forerunner 45 sync'd to my phone, but the buttons are so non-intuitive that I can't make any sense of the buttons.
The display is vibrant really? Do I have a different watch because I barely can see the display, I think it's a disaster, I didn't expect amoled or something for special but I really can't stand the display.
I have a quick question. How far can the phone be away from the watch while you are using it. The watch is great on gps but when i went back to the normal watch mode, I was about 2 miles from home and I think it unsynced from my phone and then when I got back it automatically came back. Thanks mate great presentation review. Keep up the awesome vids 👍 the only thing I noticed about this watch is the sleep tracking. It is not as detailed, it's does not display the tracking result on the phone like my garmin Instinct ....or am I going something wrong in the setup. Please help.
when downloading the widget 'data lover' it said i may have battery loss when its running in the background, how severe would that be ?thank you and the video was very useful
Great review! but which one would you chose at the price range below 200$? the forerunner 45 or the Polar Ignite?? Or maybe, with a little more budget available, the Suunto 3?

Hi, I have a question... My watch recently broke on the band, which was under warranty and I got a new one. Customer service was excellent, by the way. Anyway, when I set up my new watch I think I missed something...on my previous watch I had it set so that at the end of each mile it would give me an audible time for my mile pace AND it would display my lap time on the watch face. Only now, it just verbally gives me my pace, but on the watch face it only says 1 mile. What can i try to fix this? I still love my watch, just can't seem to get it the way I had it before. Thanks!
I've been searching everywhere online but haven't been able to find an answer. If I pre-program an interval workout to have a certain pace or heart rate, will that pace or heart rate stay on screen during the interval itself, or will it just pop up as the interval begins? Many thanks!
I’m not sure if I missed it scanning through the video, but what is the stopwatch like?! Does it show me the milliseconds?? This is the determining factor of me getting this watch!

Does this watch not have pace alert? Where if you want to run an avg mile in 6:00-6:30 and if yuur going slower itll alert you

The forerunner 45. I tried the Polar Ignite and didn't like it as much as the 45.

When going out for a run, do you need to carry the phone with you? What features are not available DURING the workout if you are not using the phone?
You do not need to bring your phone with you. Things like phone notifications and music control will not work if you do not have your phone.

When your done changing songs, does the screen come back on its own to your initial layout(distance, pace, etc...)

The FR45 should be a good replacement for the FR410. Really depends on if you're interested in the new features of the FR245 or FR645.

Nothing external is required for GPS to work.

It might use a little bit more battery life but it shouldn't drain it too much.
