Hi, just wanna ask how did you complete your zip car application? I have trying to push thru my application online for several times and yet still got stuck in the payment tab even if all the information are well checked. I got this error message everytime i continue (Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your billing information and try again, or try a different payment option) talked to zip car rep they did nothing instead suggested to clear cache and redo it but been doin it many times still won't go thru.. I would really appreciate if you will guide me thru the process..thanks

The fuel is inclusive of the hour rates so you don’t have to pay for it.

The cars come with a fuel card, or at least they should have them, according to them (bumped into someone who's Zipcar didn't have its fuel card in it and was not very happy about that! I guess you can always get reimbursed for that, but still...)
