Because its 5 vs. 5. Gosu may have individual skill as a pro player, but as a team its more about teamwork and synergy. He uses the word "we" not "I".

At the 6:00 mark, one key thing to remember:
if your opponent was freezing lane or being kinda passive and then SUDDENLY starts to march forward a bit more or playing more aggressive, you can bet he has back up and a gank is coming. So stick close to your tower.

Freezing the lane means you deliberately not clearing the lane fast, or if there's no our minions, deliberately take the dmg from enemy's minions to halt their movement, right? That's what I'm still lacking heavily. Cause usually in my mind I need to lvl up fast and get gold from turret as much as u can before 5mins time. This is my first time in Legend rank (new players) and I'm still learning offlane with Esme
@@yudisnatha im also practicing this. I played esme against a balmond and i froze the lane while poking him, but since the minions weren't moving, he couldnt regen hp from the minions. He also couldnt get exp from it. I finished him off with ult in the tower since he has low hp from poking and lower exp than me.

Nah man. It takes more than that. I know Gosu are really good specially hoon , Gen and that tank user(forgot name) . But they going to need coach, video analyst, etc to win here, it's professional level for a reason. I heard BTK are the only team without any coaches, they are not going to win it no chance IMO, no matter how good they are.

I think the reason they ban lilya is because they wanna pick fighter. Fighter is more of a dps than burst, so they need to hit more which mean stand in one place longer to kill but lilya could make it harder cuz of her massive damage. And kadita pick is totally to counter mathilda and yve which ended up failed cuz of gold difference.
And I think the reason RRQ lost side turret is they abandon it. They know they would lose if they play side, beatrix > clint, esme > yuzhong. So they force mid war cuz their heroes has better synergy and counter for RSG heroes. RRQ line up is 100% team fight comp.

RSG threw by picking a mage that can't pick out enemy with enemy having that much mobility. I think diggie would've been a better pick since it can do wave clear fine, have cc immune for team to survive better in teamfight since Ruby is tanky but doesn't have that much hp until late game, as well as able to single out enemies like Roger from getting away or pushing further.
It really just feels like a better pick since it gives the shield to prevent team from dying so quick and get picked off under Yve's ult, as well as able to let beatrix ult fully connect to kill off enemies, allowing them to give more space to farm or push.
What I’ve seen in these pro squad matches is that they are invisible on the Map
RRQ 4+min turtle is pure example of fishing for enemy using turtle as lure so it was not pure mistake on RRQ position but clumping together against many aoe heroes RSG has is a big risk play. Very good idea to play x 0.5 spd on team fights to analyse though. RRQ prioritized killing damage dealers in most team fights so they won. Roger leveraging on Mathilda for movement was on point man.
But this is solely if you confident your team could outplayed enemies in teamfight. It is big risk, but the rewards are huge gain too. I still played solo in ranked, and I'm not even confident enough with my team to try those strategies. Best thing I could just provide vision or zoning enemies in my lane to prevent coming for turtle n my core
@@yudisnatha Yeah I solo mostly as well. Personally I spam gather to ambush while poking lordmost of the time. Big risk: yes. Fun: Guaranteed very fun. I really do not care about winning like tourney players so I only do fun strats and fun heroes. Successful flank+pokey pokey+baiting+tower divin = fun hehe! However learnt many heroes function and combos in M3 like Bane's jungle / turtle / lord zoning,

Yve + Lolita deadly grounds combo.

@@billybonga7631 yeah. Currently Esme is the only hero I'm confident enough, my first time ranked Legend is with Esme. Still looking for her alternatives if she's banned or being used by others. Been trying Alpha, Balmond, Bane, Sun etc. But still not getting better results. I'm primarily offlaner, still learning mid play or roaming. Mostly in Classics but yeah, still not getting the hanged of it

Personally prefer to pick counter heroes in Rank games.
Very easy to end up playing all rounders when solo game but such heroes suffer early.

i think RRQ’s strategies is a strong teamfight, i mean like winning the teamfight is more important than the side tower. in this game RRQ doesnt even care enough to their side tower, but always go for 5 man teamfight and win the teamfight. GG RRQ NT RSG

I thought kadita with conceal roamer shoes will target yve ult with 2nd skill but never doing it, ruby got burst so fast, yve always put 2nd skill so nobody can touch yve.

I think the issue isn't about mechanical skill, but timing and lineup.
- RRQ has Yve, which provides AOE bombardment from a distance. RSG has ..... Kadita, which can only affect a much smaller area.
- RRQ has Roger and Clint, 2 late game monsters. RSG only has Beatrix.
RRQ's strategy to counter RSG:
1) Play safe and drag the game till mid to late game for Roger and Clint to be effective.
2) Use Yve to bombard and scatter RSG heroes, making it easier to kill them.
3) Try to do 5-man team fights, or don't team fight at all.
