I love the simplicity of your physical journal and the statistics driven nature of your digital tracker! Sooo well organized! I haven't started my physical library yet and still rely heavily on local libraries for my books, but one day I'd love to have my own collection and your tracker would work perfect for that - thanks for sharing ☺

I'm a serial journal starter. I have SO many started journals and planners that I get super into at first, then totally lose track and end up falling so behind I just don't bother. I'm really trying to fix that this year! I have a physical reading journal, but I'm also tracking using a few spreadsheets. I'll add yours to the mix as I'm trying to find out what I like best and what works for me.

Oh, I am a serial starter by nature too! I get super excited, then overextend myself with the things I want to do that it becomes unsustainable and then give up.
So, my advise would be to start small. Pick one way to track - the one that is easiest. Then give yourself an end date to decide whether it works for you - say 6 months. This way, your brain knows that it has to stick it only for a finite period.
If it works for you - you will be looking forward to filling it, if not - you'll know pretty quick, because it will feel like a chore.
I actually did a workshop on this topic for my team at work (not related to reading, but the advise is applicable).

I have made my own this year but it's very simple, because I am not good with formulas and making my life easier 😆

Simplicity has its own beauty. And as long as it works for you it makes it perfect! 😊

@@libraryunbounded I am still working on it, but it is motivating me to read more, because I can change colour after the book is done so you know haha
