My first time watching your channel I subbed and I will be watching more and going back and watching your previous vids as well Im new to traditional wet shaving
greetings from the uk - simpsons actually recommend a painting motion as opposed to circular motion when using the brushes they produce , so your spot on with that technique .
I like my synthetic brushes & have been considering the Simpson Syn. Does it have a significant glue bump that limits the lateral flexing of the fibers during painting strokes? Thx for your comments.
@wotanson1- What is true about animals that if true of people would justify killing them, using them for their fur, & eating them? Can you name the trait?
Great review. Thanks. Just a note on your cruelty justification. It's analogous to claiming that because you worked at women's shelters for years, you feel it's ok to rape one or two women. Balances out or something. Doesn't make much sense.
Veg Ahimsa Not quite. It's about supply and demand. China kills badgers as they are deemed as pests. They then harvest the hair for brushes. If everyone had just one or two badger brushes, the supply would be sufficient. But since demand is growing to quickly, i believe badgers are now being "farmed" in order to take advantage of the increasing demand. So, having a badger brush is not contributing to animal cruelty but as with everything wrong on this planet, it comes down to excessive demand due to excessive population. I use synthetics as they lather up the best for me. I have a badger brush and several boars but i have stopped buying any animal hair brushes now.

not what I've experienced, however it is very stiff, and no way can it be described as being sloppy. Something to consider.
Agree on the badger argument. I haven't got a synthetic brush, if I ever want one I may treat myself 😂
Yeah well Santa will be here soon. Maybe he'll be very good to you.
Well he's supposed to be bringing me ADP so maybe he'll bring me something else to eh lol

@@Nav_M You can use that same justification to kill people and harvest their hair.

That would be OK too...there's too many people for the planet to handle anyways 😜
