His job is to make the scene possible and still safe. Not make the scene safe by making it impossible.

Most scene require additional safety guy according to expertise.He is talking about the additional safety guy which are not hired for whole movie but rather hired for a particular scene.Basically it's like choosing a plumber which suits your needs.

I would definitely vomit.
No wonder they write scripts for actors. They are inarticulate with limited vocabulary. So irritating.
