Amid all the chaos, Modi delivered his long speech targetting Congress and making remarks about Rahul Gandhi. The whole development was a result of Prime Minister Narendra Modi vs Rahul Gandhi faceoff over leader of opposition's remarks allegedly "associating Hindus with violence."
