It's not old, but I still want to talk about it. Why didn't i review this when it came out? Because I felt it was too expensive and it came out when I was in the middle of a move. The Splitstrike is basically what I do on a regular basis as a stock blaster!

make a nerf mod that is combining 2 splitstrike together so one gun can turn into 4 pistols

holy crap walcom i had no idea my splitstrike could be pulled apart into 2, and the one i got was 2 white sides into one, i also didnt know they were originally 2 colors

Beautiful blaster, i've always loved it myself and never understood why people just "forgot" it! Meaning to mod mine eventually.
I think there was too many similar blasters at the same time.

You can also attach sharpfire barrels to it- make sure the hook/lock on the bottom rear of the sharpfire barrel is resting on the top of the splitstrike barrel below and line it up with the top splitstrike barrel. In this way you can shoot two darts at once from one single barrel. The range is limited, but it is rather effective.

A cool idea would be to manta ray two of them together in a way it will split into two manta Blasters.
You could probably add 4 more barrels, two on each blaster, and make the the rough strike 1x2x4

As a fellow OSOK-preference player, I commend you for being different from the paradigm of full-auto. How well do you do against those automatic-main players up there in your nerf group if you dont mind me asking? I hope OutofDarts isn't stomping you guys too hard
On the contrary, OutOfDarts got pretty well worn during our games. He has to get in range for his Rival hoses to even be effective, and since it's an open area with diverse cover, he gets flanked and out-ranged a lot.

Imagine a blaster that has 4 plunger tubes, a double trigger, and each trigger had 2 stages. Guess that would be a Rougher Cut 4x4.
What if you make 2 fully split strikes into 1 you could daulweild it to have 8 single split strikes

Walcom you all ways say that a pistol that compliments your primary so my question is what's a good pistol for a primary which is a fully modded strayven with a xpz above and an under mounted baron witch shoots the four main nerf ammo with full auto in the stryfe what would you say is a good pistol to duel wield with my primary that isn't magfed and fits in a thigh holster
Your Strayven is kind already in an all-purpose role already, so that's a bit difficult. I'd have to know: Is the XBZ singled, and if not (for obvious reasons), then what does it fire (absolvers, rockets)? If it's not singled, I'd say an upgraded Farshot or it's reshells are nice, allows for more ammo type usage (assuming BOOMco has some traction in your group, if not, then you can fire what no one can fire back anyways).
The xbz is signaled for elites and the nerf rockets fit around the barrel
Makes it even more of an all-purpose primary, at this point, you'd be alright just running with a sidearm to back you up when it all goes south.
Pick a blaster that does something your primary doesn't.

WalcomS7 I guess it just seemed unnatural, seeing as the blasters you typically look at in this series were often released before N-strike's existence.

I'm in Sydney, where are you? And what kind of stuff, please? I had a much longer reply griping about the current Nerf shelf lineup in my parts, but luckily for everyone, I went to edit it and deleted it instead.

It's a great secondary, nothing like a powerful 2-dart shotgun blast that can quickly follow up with another.
I like it so much because i get 2 angles i can shoot at instead of 1. I wont use the hammer shot because i used a friends and i hated it. I got a strongarm that is meh but i don't use cuz barrel. No need for disruptor. I would use a modded Firestrike BUT i like the ability to focus on 2 people.
