What an AMAZING episode. From the way Nabil started topaz in the early stages, to where it is now is incredible. There is something in this podcast that we can all learn from, regardless of what industry you may be in. For me, failure has never been an option. I have no plan B, and that is what gives me the drive an ambition for what I do here with CEOCAST. I hope you too all enjoy this special episode. - Raheem, CEOCAST

What I loved about Nabil's journey was the family connection. Both brothers on a joint journey and who took inspiration from their fathers hard graft and who continue to work hard and do not accept failure as an option! 👏
Inspiring episode, key part for me is that he never gave up, shows anything is possible, you can see how much he wanted it through his story
Great video! Real, raw, inspiring and everyday man like the rest of us. Started a business from nothing - but an idea! No daddy’s money, no business handed over, no nothing. Him and his brother put their heads together and hustled. Great video!
One thing I’ve always loved about Topaz is their quality. It’s unmatched and no one can come anywhere close. Keep it up Nabil!!!
AMAZING JOURNEY AND STORY FROM NABIL, I STARTED 3 YEARS AGO, BUYING A VAN AND DOING IT ON MY PARENTS DRIVEWAY. HOPEFULLY ONE DAY I CAN LEAVE MY DAY JOB ☺
This one’s the best podcast so far, just the way Nabil speaks and tells his story you know he’s a real one and Topaz has a long way to go
Could you make a video where you bring together what you’ve learnt collectively from all of the successful CEO’s humble beginnings and what common aspects helps to become a successful business person
Trapstar owner, trap kitchen owner, Chaiiwala owner! Everyone else reply and add to the list!
Favourite thing about the episode was the determination to succeed and small things which in turn tell a big story. For example the invoice he’s kept to remind him where it all started and the value of money - which also ties into how much of a risk was taken to build the brand over the years. Brilliant episode and nice to see Nabil was so open with his answers!
Great episode and he is very well spoken, his personality always shines through the camera on all his videos. Best part of the journey is him understanding his client base and sticking to that to raise his brand
I love the mindset of nabeel and how it matches thus of the royal families. Royals get raised to think like they do. But nabeel and his brother. although I’m sure their parents raised them to a high standard, they learned along their journey to become who they are and have that mindset. Great stuff. Very inspiring. Thank you 🙏🏻
Message taken: Being persistent and consistent is key 🔑 🙏
Such an inspiring Pod, and what an inspiration Nabil is too. Loved to rags to riches story, from his family driveway to a unit in South Ken. Well done Raheem - excellent questions, truly levelling up this season! Looking forward to the next ep.
Such a humble guy, he worked hard to grow his business and never gave up
Great podcast! Thank you both. Have to respect the appreciation Mr Naamo has for the beginning decisions of Topaz.
Great vid, always wanted to know more on Topaz & Nabil’s story

Another great podcast. All about maintaining that level of quality!
Love Nabil's story and passion for the business. Great episode!
Nabil is clearly a humble and grateful man. Amazing work ethic and ambition and I've followed topaz for a while now as some one who is aiming to set up my own detailing venture. Its nice to know and put a face to the brand. Gutted he's already setting up in Leeds was thinking of reaching out to him and seeing if there was an opportunity to tackle Leeds as there is a lot of wealth this side of the country. Once set up I'll be popping down!
Amazing in site. Always followed Topaz from the early days.
I think the best part of Nabil’s journey is returning to central London, back to where it began 🙌🏻
A great Podcast, I really liked Nabil's frankness. This success came off the back of very hard work, determination and ambition.
It was interesting to hear about the expansion plans, especially returning to central London and internationally.
Great episode. Topaz have come along way, would deffo say Shmee150 gave them the exposure as well.
Love that he values the customer journey
Got to love that he has his first invoice framed. Legend
I love how Nabil stayed consistent in the 3 years he wasn’t making money. It inspired me to keep going longer and gave me an idea of how much effort I need to put in a business before I decide it’s not going to work if I don’t see results
Yes podcast on Topaz! I'm a Detailer from Automotive Addiction working in my dream job!
Mashallah really inspiring podcast; keep it up my bro!
Would love to have my own detailing company one day, love his journey and the fact he started where i am at right now.. detailing on my drive with a karcher pressure washer 👊😂
Love how Nabeel is making sure his quality and customer experience is high
Top Podcast Raheem Keep Up The Good Work. The thing I Liked most is Nabil's view on failure.
The Question about Nabil’s invoice @ 22:00 is a serious question for his entrepreneurial career 💯🏆 once again another great Episode 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👑
Love the hustle back in the day when they where making no profit but prioritising growth. Inspirational
I loved that he kept that original invoice. Stay humble 🙏🏻
Perfect journey and going back to where he started from Heart of London
Nabil's success is not giving up.
Love this podcast!!!! Mainly living the crispy visuals 🔥🔥🔥
Great Episode, it be amazing if u could get the Issa brothers the owners of Euro Garages that be a great podcast.
Quality and dedication .. good stuff!
"Failing is not an option" this is something i will now stand by
Brilliant such a nice story... shows you nothing is easy these guys have worked really hard in something which people would see equivalent to what a bin man does 10-15 years ago but they've changed the game and shown doesn't matter what field it it if you work hard enough you'll get there... well done 👏
Was weird watching this podcast because of his name😂 But Topaz is next level literally a dream of mine is for my cars to get the topaz treatment
Great podcast Abdul 👍🏼
Sick podcast as usual
The most important lesson in this video is the scalability of a business. You could scale your RUclips videos with an event like Grant Cardone's 10X but the CeoCast version with UK prospects in one place live, when you hit 100K subscribers. Bosses Conference for all the hustlers coming up.
great interview. fantastic channel.
NAbil's part on how he wasn't getting paid for 2-3 years reinvesting back into the business, shows his passion for his business.
Great guys, great business., great ethics !
Loving these videos
Very inspiring to listen to the journey
What a business, wow!
Humble journey
