Thank you so much for this video. Showing the process for cleaning the driver’s window switch saved me money and hassle. I used a q-tip covered in electrical connection cleaner. So far so good.
Thank very much .. You realy help me to do it myself ... my car is mitsubishi lancer 2008 I suggest to use sand paper instead of file .. but you the best keep going
Hi. Good video. The springiness of my buttons is much lower than normal. And I only found 3 springs. I think I may have lost 2. Are those small springs related to the springiness of the buttons? Thanks
Hi Hoang, great video, very useful. Thank you. I have one question, after assemble I have a black torsion spring and I don't know where it goes. Do you know? Thanks.
just took mine apart to clean the contacts and only 1 spring came out - do you know where it goes back into the unit ??? its a 1997 Toyota mr2 - thank you
Hi, good video, I prepared all windows however (Piloto Window) do not work ( Can I check additionally? Due to that system in the master power switch is diferent? thanks
You show 5 springs that go on posts. Are there always supposed to be 5 springs? I opened mine and I can only see 2 of them. Then there is this black small spring with a short extension on one side and a long one on the other. It came out of somewhere and I don't see where it goes.
Sir, my Hyundai i20 left rear window has no power when operating from driver side windows master panel. The other 3 windows has got power, but no power for this window. However, they are on at the same board. Why no power supply to this particular window? How to restore power to this particular window switch??? I also supply power to this particular window switch from another 12v source, yes, the window functions both ways up and down. This is confirmation that power is cut off but how and why??
I did try do the same , but looks like mine no can seperate from the top , the print seems stocked to the buttons (switches) , have any idea how i can seperate the parts , so i can have acces to the inside the print
Hoang Tran i was busy with this problem and discovered the problem is the motor itself seems not working , i did connect my old motor and works perfectly , so the 1 year old new motor is broken , anyway thanks for the respons . A tip for others , when renew this part, keep the motor for spare , always the regulator is broken ,
I did this, but my rear-right "UP" function isnt working and the driver window "UP" function isn't working either. (Auto function doesn't work down or up too) Then Seeing this video, how you "Carefully" cleaned the stuff, especially driver window switch..I'll be re-attempting again and see if it works. Thanks man! 👌 Edit: I got all to work, except it seems the driver window switch has an electro-magnetic switch for the "auto" function, and it keeps getting stuck in the up or down position, causing the motor and contacts to get hot....Anyone has any Idea how to fix it or disable it?
I had pulled mine apart and didn't know what to do with the Springs. Absolute legend, Thank you for making this video
Thank You for All that you are doing for our Planet Earth.... Peace.. Shalom.. Salam.. Namaste 🙏🏻 😊 🌈 ✌ ☮ ❤
