Hi, what guitar are you using? Is it a guitar with a humbucker on the bridge? If so, your pickup might not be set too close to the strings? Or your pickup model might have a very strong output. Check these details on your guitar and repeat the operation and it will work. Thanks for the comment bro!
@DirectRecordingGuitar you're welcome mate, unfortunately my guitar is a classic yamaha 120h. It has double humbuckers and the height is normal. This problem did not occur when I play it with amp.
Are you using the original Nux power supply? If you are using less amperage than the device needs or sharing the power supply with other pedals such as daisy chain cables, it may malfunction.
