- Hello my friends! How are you doing? I'm back with another video and settings for the Nux MG-400. In this tutorial, I'll take you through a step-by-step guide on programming Metallica guitar tones for three albums and a clean tone. Muchas gracias amigo! Estos ajustes realizados en el MG400 se pueden utilizar en el MG30 y el MG300. Algunas pequeñas correcciones en los agudos del MG30 y luce idéntico al video. Nuevos vídeos próximamente. 👊🔥🎸

Nice. I didn't realized you can simulate double track with chorus.
BTW I made very similar sounding preset using the rectifier amp. It's closer to their modern live sound which I wanted.
It has more gain but noisier and less tight which makes it great for solo stuff and newer songs but not so good for older rhythm parts.
Thanks my friend! For the riffs, I prefer not to use too much drive as the timbre becomes blurred and loses definition in the notes and picking. 👊🔥🎸 When we're on stage at high volumes, the little drive turns into a monster :)

@@DirectRecordingGuitar , tinha uma mulher passando no momento e viu cair da moto, ela juntou e esperou um tempo no local, mas eu demorei voltar. ela fez a divulgação e o meu amigo do mercado viu, entrou em contato com ela e trocamos os contatos. nos conversamos ela passou o endereço e entao saí correndo buscar, e agora o numero de elasticos do meu bagageiro aumentou hahahah, pra nunca mais passar por isso. cara tudo intacto. deu tudo certo, só demorou um pouco, mas o desfecho foi ótimo, to muito feliz e muito agradecido por quem ajudou e a quem se solidarizou. o teu canal foi de grande ajuda nesse meio tempo e agora ja sou fã.

Haha, we definitely need to manage our time well. It's noon in my country right now, and I'm taking a break from studying. I started at 6:30 AM with harmony and improvisation. But we should also set aside time for research on tones and equipment, as that's part of our play too. Last night I did a lot of research on Dumble tones and Robben Ford. Lots of reading and videos here on RUclips. :)

I'm having problems because I spent a lot of time making download links available and then they stop working and I spend a lot of time looking for the patches on external hard drives and depositing the patches again, and again... this is very, very tiring and I could be producing new videos in this lost time haha So I'm making tutorial videos in the "how to program step by step" style and leaving all the settings in the video. Thanks my friend! Yes! :) You can use exactly the same settings on the MG300 with the exception of the CTRL footswitch changing Scenes. So you will have to make a preset for riffs and in the next position repeat the same preset but add the clean booster and the reverb for the solos.

What a nice detail, now you use the stereo simulator effect with chorus and not with the ping pong delay. I learned something else. Could the chorus be used as a stereo effect on other pedalboards (zoom g1 four) or does it only work with this pedalboard?
Thank you my friend! My first attempt was to use the MGs' Pan delay, but it didn't sound like I expected. So I used the CE2 for double tracking as I had done on the MG30 for a long time. I liked the L/R panning video that you use in the metal zone with an example of many metal artists where you show the chorus off and on effect. With off the guitar is placed in the center and when you activate on, the music expands through the walls as I have experienced in chamber rooms.
This can be taken to live shows. We can send the signal from each CE3 output to two mixer channels, then the technician responsible for sound will divide the PAN of each channel into 100% L and 100% R. This way we will have our entire signal in stereo on the PA system. // Another way is for those who use real amps on stage. Two amps are needed. One of the CE3's outputs goes to one amp and the other output goes to the second amp. // There are pedals dedicated to this function like the TC Mimic Doubler or even IR loaders like the Mooer Cab X2 or the Flamma FS07 as we can use two IRs, two output channels and add a slight delay between the two channels to increase the stereo sensation. Estou interessado em trocar minha HD500x nessa MG30, pelo fato de ser menor, até mais simples de timbrar e ter IR. Acha que vale a pena? Como consigo comprar online? Parabéns pelo trabalho!
Fala cara, sim. Das que tenho a MG30 é a minha número 1 para todos os meus trabalhos pessoais desde o fim da pandemia até o presente (dez 2023). Originalmente, logo de cara no primeiro contato sentimos um excesso de agudos pois a resolução dela é alta e bastante ampla no quesito frequências e são dois processadores trabalhando juntos então podemos ajustar o EQ Global com um pequeno corte no High e na seção de IRs temos um Low Cut e um High Cut que deve ser uma das primeiras coisas que devemos regular quando vamos iniciar a programação de um novo preset. Normalmente deixo o Low Cut entre 50 e 70Hz e o High Cut em torno de 5000Hz a 6000Hz. Vai depender da guitarra, do preamp usado.... a depender do IR eu nem faço cortes neles pois alguns IRs externos já vem equalizados pelo fabricante. Vai depender do preset pois cada um é um mundo completamente diferente e vamos precisar ter abordagens diferentes. Abração cara! Qualquer coisa é só chamar por aqui, venho todos os dias conversar com amigos desde 2016. :)

Fala cara, como disse acima, recomendo sim. Eu mesmo uso mais a MG30 pra tudo desde o fim da pandemia até este momento em dez de 23. Mas algumas pessoas podem não concordar por gostar demais da 500x. É apenas a minha escolha pessoal, cada um deve ter a sua. Abração cara! Boas festas! Feliz 2024!
