Also got one this year, only problem was front the chainring coming loose and falling off. Known issue, crank arm removal tool and lockring tool was required to tighten again with a little loctite, prob solved. The charging port cover is still in place but only because I put some tape on it to keep it in place. This is my 1st ebike, really enjoying it for getting out in the fresh air and going for a cruise around the countryside in the far North of Scotland, Caithness. Been enjoying your videos for this bike, keep the good work 👍
Cheers. I've not had any problems with the chainring (yet). I'm keeping an eye on it though and making sure everything is tight before a long ride. Because of the accident I had recently I've not been out much on it but I need to soon because of the nice autumn scenery. The Chilterns are beautiful at this time of year.
I’ve had the Race version since July and love it. However the cover for the charging port fell off which I thought was very poor for a Cube bike, apparently it’s a common problem. Great video thank you. Take care out there.
Cheers. Yes, I've seen that lots of people have trouble with covers for both the battery and charging port. You would think that given the cost of the bike that things like that wouldn't be a problem. I certainly wasn't expecting it. I suppose all the money went towards the motor, battery and technology.
Watch out if chain comes off at the front, it can catch the underguard and then mangle the shift cable inside. Do you have lights for it? I believe integrated ones can only be enabled by a dealer, sigh.
I understand that the parts on the bike are not of high quality. Lots of people have had problems, mostly to do with the battery and charging port covers.

I already have lights for it which I've had for a long time. Now it's getting darker I will fit the front one.
Where did you get the straps for battery cover please?
On Amazon at this link - Trilancer Elastic Cinch Straps... www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0B18BQSF3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Thank you.
I got mine and it’s a great bike I was rolling down a hill and my derailleur snapped 😤
