blood gem instead of light gem makes you functionally invincible if your using chaos or if your dealing high damage with crits with blood

I feel like replacing Liar with Patchwork is better cuz, like the other comments say, Scrap Sickle scales on dex rather than Strength
Also, a big MAYBE, but Lightning gem might work for that one extra debuff (not sure if this is necessary cuz of corroded scalpel's cap at 5 debuffs)

idk about the arts but scrap sickle scales off dexterity and not strength so instead of using liar i would use something like patchwork
