- This is a taste test/review of the Chicken Stir-Fry Birds Eye Voila! Skillet Meal. It contains white meat chicken and pasta with carrots, broccoli and red peppers in a sesame garlic stir-fry sauce. It was $6.29 at Meijer. 1 2/3 cup (240g) frozen, 1 cup cooked = 250 calories

This would be a really easy dinner for two… the sodium is little high but that is generally true if any dish with soy sauce… with all the vegetables I woukd feel good about eating this… I enjoy products made by Birds Eye

Years ago theres was one with grilled chicken and cheesy spiral type pasta w peas was delicious..stopped making it.. Closest one had broccoli in it now which is a no no for me w Crohn's

It looks pretty decent. Put that over a bed of steamed rice or a microwaveable precooked rice package that you can buy from any supermarket. The rice will instantly soak up all the excess liquid like a sponge, giving it extra flavor. Now you've got yourself one helluva nice lunch or dinner in just a few minutes. Spice it up with some kimchi if you want to add a little extra kick to it.
(27) If it has garlic powder as an ingredient, I'm out. I really HATE garlic powder.

What?! Not even close. Have you ever seen pancit with noodles that thick or that many vegetables?
