  • I found the perfect mix between the power and and versatility of a ebike and and form-factor and convenance of a electric scooter. This is what I've been using to get around for the last few months and this is my review. Thanks to Hiboy for sending this over for to me check out.

I almost bought one until they said the age recommendation is 16 to 50. I'm 60 & still wanna have fun. So screw them if they think 60 is too old to ride.

Go get them, I'm almost 78 years old and I'll tell you it rides like a dream. I also felt it was very well mannered. I did get it to 32mph and I'm a little over 200 LBS. Normally, I ride much slower, but in a good straight away, I had to give it a shot, at least once😋

I ordered this scooter solely for fun and undercutting gas prices in college. Glad to see you and many others approve.

Pretty awesome. I currently have a Lectric 2.0 XR e-bike and love it. Also, just recently got a GoTrax e-scooter at Walmart for $299. Pretty decent for getting around within a couple miles and it's WAY easier to carry down the stairs of my apartment compared to my e-bike lol

i gotten this off hiboy's site via as a new model! …just over 1,000! but i must say, very satisfied with this scooter. they claimed on their site "portable" but don't let the weight of this scooter fool you...but for transport it can be done if needed. I just wouldn't recommend carrying it around though it has a fair weight to it and for best battery longevity for my sake, it's mostly in second gear...third for long straights and the first, used for reserve.

There is some things I like on scooters better then others but it would be tough to get all the features you want all in to one. The type of scooter a guy needs is 500 to 550 watt motor 48 volts or more and have a large base to put your feet it also needs a large basket to put Newspapers a long with a comfortable seat. 500 to 600 dollars is a good price range. it needs to hold a charge for 2 to 3 hours because that is how long my paper route is. I have no hills to worry about just flat land. Streets are all pretty fare. A little suspension would be nice.

Something like this would be nice to toss into the back of my F150 and take down by the beach. Not sure I am ready to trade in either of my gas burners just yet though. Despite a truck that gets around 13-15 mpg most of the time and a car that gets between 10 and 18mpg depending how I drive it. They both serve a purpose for me. I actually do truck stuff with my truck and my car makes me giggle when I shift gears and make a loud bang as fire comes out the back. But, I am 12 and trapped in a 40 year old body. lol

" maybe the only thing I'd ask is for the bass to be 1 or 2 inches wider", what about shock absorber also ?

But does it hold a charge when not in use? It charged for 3 hours then quickly died although it was turned off and stationary...

Saw this on sale on Amazon and wondered how it would perform in a wintery city, would love to see what you think about it now after more time?

You should try the go trap flex as it has suspension for a more comfortable ride

SWEET !!!! here is my take 1st get double the battery capacity and put charging port higher up out the elements. And this thing needs a easy slow ramp up 1000 watts or atleast 120nm or trq. For us 220lbs plus boys. The tire size seems good but in all honesty make them12-16" at 2.5" or 3"wide. All terrain tires with option for studding. Definitely put the light up higher and projector quality. Same with rear like put in up high on a flexible whip so it's at top neck head height hyper bright LED. And slap on a whole bunch of trendy designs reflectors. Keep max speed 30mph with 5 "level option" af front hydrolic suspension and with rear. It's a must the good quality name brand stuff then. And hydrolic brakes with abs nice comfy seat with farring optional snap button plastic style ect. Make the price double or at like $2999 i would buy atleast 3 of them for my family. The way it sits not worth more then $399 usd . Lol........we can all dream......

I'm surprised Hiboy put the charging port so low on the base of the scooter because in all their other scooters the charging part is high on the stem. I own a Hiboy S2 Pro and that's where the charging port is.

Scooters like this is always 20mph which sucks cause I like this style of scooter just wish they made them faster than 20mph. You gotta get a scooter with smallers wheels if u want speed I did my research every scooter like the 1 in this videos has the same speed .
