But tech is done, we complained that jobs are being outsourced* to China and india soon those job will started to be outplaced too. Give it 5-10years. Is it the same barrier for the remote work or they only looking for knowledge and expertise whatever the age it is?? Suppose I am 56 years old but have a very good expertise in developing the code and other tech stack. Should I get the remote job or not. @ParasThakur, Can you please ask him and confirm.
Really…? First thing please stop trusting all these bullshit. No remote job will hire you just because you have certifications, all it matters is the EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE. The RISK FACTOR with remote job is it is always INSECURE because you need to prove yourself always everyday. If client finds that you are unfit, you will be replaced within days.
