Danish Ayub is an exceptional individual. His mindset, actions, and work ethic make him a remarkable person. Just spending 30 minutes talking to him about marketing can teach you more than four years of a degree program.
I watch a lot of podcasts and programs in the genre. I must say that both the guest and the host did a brilliant job. It's the first time I ever watched a video on this channel. I don't know how old it is. But with this quality it should have many more subscribers. The host asked the right questions and seems to know what he is talking about. Very nice ma sha Allah. Also I'm not a newbie. Have been an entrepreneur for over 14 years and have literally watched hundreds of hours of such podcasts. Yours was just amazing.
Danish is very creative smart not wanting to disclose his secrets and still mentioning most of them by the way am non tech and i know most of marketing techniques
I consider myself very lucky to work with Danish Sahib. May Allah grant our company Carpi Diem a lot of success and give Danish Sahib good health and well-being. Ameen.
Danish bhai is a wonderful guy - super helpful and straightforward. I joined his agency owners mastermind group and it was very insightful. I remember the last time we met in person, he had some 50 people on his team back then. Now it's 350+ employees and still growing. Ma Sha Allah!
Happy to see someone creating business but this interview leaves me with a lot of questions: 1. I did not understand how he started his business. It seems that he is coming from a rich family which is why he was able to hire people with technical expertise. 2. Danish stated that he does not have a Sales team. How does he establish business? How does he reach to American audience with mere cold email approach which gets blocked by spam filters. 3. He did not talk about his company portfolio. Danish kept on mentioning web scrapping. I do not believe that he is making money from web scrapping which is a very simple process. 4. He has not mentioned what is his company good at? What are they domain specialist of? 5. The lack of HR department means that any conflict will be not addressed in a company. That can contribute to toxic culture within a company.
Absolute gold my friend. Web scrapping is not enough. Never has been since at least 8 years now. Cold emails get you blocked / land in spam. They don't work until you pack it up with something else too. Unless you make a proper follow up system that has calling, messaging, and emails in the mix. I'm talking to clients all day long and engaged in sales and marketing. That's how I know it. You're absolutely right, especially spot on with your "HR" comment as well
