What are the other ways like getting business through Linkedin etc. If any founder explain the possible sales funnel and how to use those sales funnels, then this would be very helpful to know and grow as a company. So I request you to ask these questions to the founders in your upcoming videos. Many thanks.
Before you figure out a sales funnel, you need to figure out if you’re going to rely on an inbound strategy which would mean working on your Brand & network or an outbound strategy where you figure out a Demand Capture / Generation Marketing funnel / plan. I think the biggest question in this, for a tech and non tech founder both, is how to find good resources, More difficult for non tech founders, but finding a good person, in terms of tech and business development both, is very difficult I believe
