The Soul King who could see future create the 3 World 1 for each Race despite knowing that the quincies will only suffer and die in other words (Quincy’s are Forsaken by the Soul King) So yeah there is no one who is correct in this War cause both side fight for their own reasons and convictions. If the Soul King made a World for the Quincy’s so that they can live peacefully then this war wouldn’t have happened in the First Place..
