These little piggies stayed home and these little piggies went to the BGE. Looks like the metal skewers helped cook the pigshots more evenly. Plus easier than tons of toothpicks that can burn. Suggestion, anyone that has a Kick ash basket add the kick ash can makes cleanup super simple. Spend more time cooking and less time cleaning. CptnRon, I prefer Polski Kielbasa to Smoked Sausage. Plus, I tend to not care for the addition of turkey to mix of the sausage. Would a pork and beef kielbasa work instead of a smoked sausage? Or would the seasonings clash with the other flavors?
