Michael Mallal is therefore correct in that Stephen would have required assistance in this area (of speech-language therapy).

As far as I know, to become a professional speech-language pathologist in the US, you need to have a master's degree.
Lots of Indians in NZ. How about working in Hindi and Tamil? Tamil is an official language in Tamil Nardu and Singapore and widespread in Sri Lanka.
