Ok i understand what the video is trying to convey but whenever i see i videos like this it just renforces how mysoginst and sexist Japenese anime (and society) really is. In almost every anime I saw women/girls are shown as weak/ helpless/exploited. And even when they are not weak/helpless (like Mikasa) they still need help/support/love from some other guy. They are never the one whose support/love is what the guy needs. They are good to be around but never really important, either to the story or to the protagonist (who is always a man/boy of course). But thank god there are some exceptions like Kaguya-sama.
