I remember hating on the Tennis sport as a kid , saying it's boring and all until one day I opened the TV and the channel was Al jazeera Sports 2 and it was Madrid Final 2009 , that was the time I watched a Tennis match , I've become a fanatic Fedfan ever since , in a small town in Tunisia when at that time virtually nobody cares about anything except Football( soccer)
Rec players are too close to the ball when they hit it and the don't make contact out in front. That's the biggest difference. Look at fed's forehand. He moves his feet to keep the ball away from him and he makes contact out in front of his body.
He has a most glorious and beautiful forehand form since sports named tennis was born in the world.

as a bird probably can't teach someone to fly, I doubt he would be good at teaching how he hits a tennis ball with so phenomenally.
