When you changed the shocks out shouldn't that eliminate the need for the cushion? I have a power goat but the same cushion and I'm thinking about changing the shocks too
The lighter shock definitely gives the motor goat a smoother ride. I customized my cushion by gutting the old styrofoam rubber filling and replacing it with a little styrofoam rubber for support and the rest foam rubber and liquid gel. So the cushion is now really soft that makes the seat even more comfortable for long distant rides. All in all it boils down to personal preference.
I recommend getting a full face helmet. I learned the hard way😅 if you ride over 25mph a bike helmet won't really help much plus you'll totally wreck your face. Busted teeth can be prevented 💯 overall good vid tho🤙
Thank you so much for mentioning that! I was just wondering a few days ago if a full helmet was necessary and your comment has really hit home. Thanks again! I'm sorry that you learned the hard way and I hope that it wasn't too serious.
That's a nice ebike.
Thank you!
I'm liking those silver fenders, gives it a more retro look.
Paint or a wrap of some kind?
@@ebikeengineer Thank you! I was going for that retro look. Yes, I tried the wrap first without success, so I switched.
4th take....😂😅 me too!
Man, I was getting fed up and about to say "F it!" 😂😂
@@brucethomas3929 ....i know the feeling....
@@IMBruceECLECTIC 😂
Bruce I get the same clicking sound from the front as well.
Really? I think it's coming from the brake because the clicking goes away when I engage the front brake.
How fast does it go?
The fastest I've taken it is about 32mph but that was in PAS 2 of 3. Long, flat, remote roads are hard to find this close to the city.
Great job! I missed the speed test..😂😅
It was real short. I didn't have enough road.
@@brucethomas3929 ..ha ha ha....use the airport.... :)
@@IMBruceECLECTIC 😂 Excellent idea!!
