hi, Thx for the informative video... I am driving a 2010 town country that was leaking antifreeze out of the heater hose 3-way splitter.[I couldn't trace where it was coming from] which was leaking on top of my trans' sensors, solenoid pack all that, so yah me....one day I guess it leaked so bad every light, radio even shifting was jolted once I got it home fixed the splitter, sprayed all that excess fluid off the inside of the engine and trans.... so less than a week later the car shoots into limp mode would only go to second gear wouldn't shift at the same time I noticed the car would not pull only if I shut the car off let it sit for 1min start it real fast and put it in gear with a lot of accelerating I could go 2-3 miles then the same thing stopped pulling, the trans was screaming like it was out of power steering fluid. but it wasn't.. so I replaced the filter and fluids I just got my scanner in saying p0733...po833b,841, & 846 all three are the trans fluid pressure switch sensors can someone please give me some advice on where to go from here. my family needs back on the road ASAP thanks
My Impala had it's transmission replaced, or so they said at Aamco.. now it's making noise like before but this time I can restart the car completely it's good for alittle bit...bad transmission sensor?? When I restart the whining stops too
@@papichulo8658 the warranty had on the car was through a third party warranty company when I bought the car they provided the transmission to aamco it was not a rebuild..I've since got rid of that vehicle and it's gone through two more transmissions with new owner

I have a 2013 dodge caravan and whenever I put it in reverse the stick seems to go hard and it gives a very bad click. I got code fluid pressure low code P0868. I checked the trans fuel it was way more than the required level so I took some oil out. I don't have any leakage. Can anyone suggest to me what to do? thanks.

I have an automatic transmission that does not advance when the gear lever is in D, but if it advances in first gear by placing the gear lever in position L. That is, it changes but only manually .. Along with hard shifting and P0842 I'm getting 0% for TCC duty cycle and both yes and no on TCC Release pressure. Also 0 on PC Solenoid Actual current and 0 on PC Solenoid reference current. (2010 Impala 3.5L w/4T65E tranny) Any suggestions?
Transmission fluid pressure switch the same thing as the transmission oil pressure switch?and if so is the labor time 11 hrs to change the transmission fluid sensor c d and e ?P0872 P0877 P0989 and how long does it take to switch this out I was told 11 hrs of labor 09 traverse.

Did you figure it out?
You got a 18 month warranty so take it back run that without fluid burn it out than fill it and go get your transmission rebuilt correct

try a transmission fluid and filter change first with a quick learn and reset that is done with a scan tool.
what were your symptoms with failed switch? did trans operate?
vehicle may shut down in gear and not turn back on...

on the video at minute 1:55 all the components you see its with the transmission oil pan off.

Sounds like a possible internal concern. Trouble shoot P0842
