Starsky & Hutch (2003) Game Commercials

Collection of all the promotional material I managed to find for one of the videogames I was addicted to playing as a kid. To this day I have not seen the original Starsky & Hutch show nor the Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson remake, but I can recite parts of this game like the back of my hand. I still have the original CD that I got from a cereal box (don't remember the brand), so I might give it a go one of these days just for nostalgia's sake.

was this game made before the 2004 starsky and hutch movie since the game is made in 2003?
